Goya Mojo Criollo Marinade, 24.50 Fl Oz

I had never tried this before and I'm so glad I did. It was inexpensive and it's a huge bottle, so I got a lot of use out of it. It was so easy! I just used it as a marinade and it made it so much more flavorful than any marinade I've ever tried.

We use this to marinate our flank steak for carne asada. Just add a cup of orange juice along with this bottle of marinade and you’ll have the best Mexican tacos ever!

A wonderful marinade for all meats. I soak chicken in it for as little as 2 hours or as long as 2 days. Both methods are great. I'm not much of a cook but people actually compliment my chicken

The jar was huge. Way more than I needed for the initial pork shoulder recipe. But lucky us, I've now added this to chicken, baked and grilled. So yummilicious (yes, that is a word - LOL).

This is a typical Latin Caribbean/Spaniard type marinade. It is very flavorful but not spicy hot. It is excellent on both roasted pork and chicken. Goya is an excellent brand for this marinade.

I've been using this marinade for decades and it's gold! anything from chicken, fish,pork is great marinaded overnight or a couple of days is just astonishingly juicy, tender and full of flavor,I mix in some pineapple juice to tenderize the meats even more with seasonings etc, highly recommend and I keep a good stock of this stuff as it sells out a lot,10/10
