Goya Mojo Criollo Marinade, 24.50 Fl Oz

Goya Mojo Criollo is fantastic for grilled chicken. I used it to recreate a Pollo Tropical–style meal with grilled chicken, white rice, black beans, and a roll, and it came out delicious. The marinade gives the chicken a great citrus, garlic, and onion flavor without needing a lot of extra work. The chicken came out juicy, flavorful, and beautifully browned. Super easy—marinate, grill, and you have a restaurant-style meal at home.

We use this to marinate our flank steak for carne asada. Just add a cup of orange juice along with this bottle of marinade and you’ll have the best Mexican tacos ever!

Used as a marinade this imparts a really nice savory flavor (with a bit of citrus tang) to chicken, pork and even seafood. Excellent for smoking/grilling, penetrates evenly and completely in as little as four hours. I've tried several brands and prefer Goya for mojo.

I love this marinade. My favorite is to use it on a pork roast. It has a very Cuban flair to whatever meat I am cooking

A wonderful marinade for all meats. I soak chicken in it for as little as 2 hours or as long as 2 days. Both methods are great. I'm not much of a cook but people actually compliment my chicken

The jar was huge. Way more than I needed for the initial pork shoulder recipe. But lucky us, I've now added this to chicken, baked and grilled. So yummilicious (yes, that is a word - LOL).

Great product and quality

Delicious chicken made with this!! I marinated my chicken thighs about 4-5 hours then tossed them on the grill. Perfect with arroz con gandules!
