I love this product. I tried it tonight by adding it to my taco casserole. The beans are perfect. I love that they are organic and healthy. They tasted clean and were super delicious mixed into this recipe. I would certainly recommend this product and I will be purchasing this item. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I'm picky about my beans! And extra picky about them in a can. I will say that I do love these canned beans. I did wash them from the water it was in and spiced them up. But the water didn't have that teeny can taste! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
My father recently had triple bypass surgery and is required to eat a low sodium diet. This is actually a lot harder to accomplish than you think! However, Goya has made it easy. These kidney beans exceeded my expectations in taste and quality. They tasted fresher and were not mushy like the normal big name brand beans I normally purchase. I added these to chili and noticed a big difference in the quality. It definitely kicked my recipe up a notch! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I hknestly don't care much for canned beans because they sometimes take on a metallic flavor. These good. Worked great in some chili I made. If I hadn't already planned chili I probably would have ate these on their own as a side dish. Pleasantly surprised! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I used the Goya kidney beans in a chili recipe. They tasted great and paired really well in my chili. I love that these beans are low sodium, made with natural sea salt, and USDA organic. I would highly recommend these beans for chili and taco recipes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I used my Goya beans to make bean & cheese quesadillas last night. The beans rinsed easily & were very large & firm. There were no broken beans or loose shells like I sometimes see in other canned beans. They looked very pretty! However, they were a bit bland on their own. The other brand I usually buy have more flavor on their own. Since I was adding them to quesadillas & we were using lots of flavorful toppings, the beans didn't need to stand alone, but it would be good to remember this depending on the dish I was making. I'd have to say that these are some of my favorite res kidney beans I've had. I was skeptical at first trying a new brand but I'm impressed with the outcome and glad I did! They taste good and are healthy! And the benefits of kidney beans are very important in anyone's die [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I put these in chili last night and they were quite firm compared to the other beans. We all got stomach pains and diarrhea! Be sure to cook them a long time!
can was severely dented and Walmart expected me to bring the can back to the store...we get delivery because we cannot get to the store so how was I supposed to return it and scan the code with a mobile phone when I don't have a mobile phone?
I was indifferent about the taste, and then when I went shopping and saw how much more they cost I had no interest in replacing my usual beans. They are banking on name alone. I did not post on social because I had nothing good to say. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
