Has a hint of cinnamon
It has an aromatic flavor and adds a hint of cinnamon. It is more than sweet. I can use it in drinks and foods. I can slowly warm it up on the stovetop with very little water and it turns to honeylike consistency.

I like the color but little dissatisfied because the size is small for almost $13 dollars !
