I cooked the beans, using the quick soak method. (During the soaking, the beans will absorb water, so you'll need to use enough water to compensate for that.) I then put in fresh water and cooked them gently, about 45 minutes. The beans turned out fine - very tender. These beans come shelled and peeled.

The beans are delicious. After soaking them they grew very large and easily cooked to a delicious creamy texture.

Very good product, great for soups, though I wish the price would be a bit lower. otherwise, these can stay in the pantry without any issues.

Pretty good. Smell awful in dried form, but cook up fine.

The only thing I didn't care for was the bag itself was quite beat up. Almost everything I've been buying from Walmart arrives like that. And I can't blame the delivery person - outer box was fine.

Hard to find product, when discovered I was excited. I was willing to pay the high price… Turns out the quality of these beans, was disappointing.
