Your dish is not complete without Goya.
Love these flavor enhancers. I add them to all types of dishes - soups, casseroles, and meatloaves. First time I am trying the lower sodium version and I have not been disappointed.

Won't buy again
Beware. Package info says 80 servings (1/4 tsp each) per each box. When you open a box there are 10 packets inside. Each packet says it equals 1 cube, and makes 2 cups - that would make a serving roughly 1.6 ounces. I put 1.25 tsp in 12 ounces of water, and flavor was mild at best. I guess that's one way to keep the sodium per serving low. I won't buy it again.
