Rice flour has so many uses
I'm looking forward to using this rice flour. Many of the pancake mixes from years ago had rice flour in them; in addition to the wheat and sometimes rye. I like the 24 oz size.

Rice flour
Rice flour is used for dusting sourdough loaves before putting them in the fridge for their cold proofing. This package is a very good buy.

good quality
I buy this rice flour to use in my gluten free baking, along with other types of gluten free flour. The price is very good for a gluten free flour, which tend to be pretty pricey. The texture is very fine, so my baked goods don't come out with a gritty texture.

This is the one rice product that doesn't cause our family to have allergic reactions--an accomplishment in this market where almost every product is processed with hidden ingredients. So far, very good!
