This is the one rice product that doesn't cause our family to have allergic reactions--an accomplishment in this market where almost every product is processed with hidden ingredients. So far, very good!

good quality
I buy this rice flour to use in my gluten free baking, along with other types of gluten free flour. The price is very good for a gluten free flour, which tend to be pretty pricey. The texture is very fine, so my baked goods don't come out with a gritty texture.

Finally something to RELY on! Many options NOW!
So far so good. Still experimenting but options are Unlimited! Very PLEASED...first time in decades. Can have bread...pastas...desserts without fear of illness or hospitalizations!!!
