GOYA Rice & Red Beans Seasoned Rice, 7 oz

My Puerto Rican husband loves red beans and rice. I haven't figured out how to make it homemade just yet so until then this box will do. I also turn it into an entire one bowl meal by frying up some diced chicken and some olive oil and cover the chicken with adobo. I cook it where it's almost cooked in the inside completely but not quite then I let it simmer right in the rice. It's really a pretty easy meal.

I dislike anything from Walmart supermarket, this was the 2nd time ordering from here and I love it, everything is well pack and time is on point, forever your customer, thank you so much for making my life more easy to shop.. bless you all..

Goya knows what they are doing. The taste is great. I even did a recipe they have on the box with added meat and spices. It was delicious!

This can be a quick side and you just make a meet or purchase a meat and make this as your side.I normally always add other stuff to make it my own.

I love all Goya products and especially their Rice %26 Bean mixes. I always add more beans and hot sauce but you don't need to. I've even browned a bit of Chopped Meat to add to it...It's all great.

It's okay product I just prefer goias yellow rice with beans and has a more in-depth flavor than the plain rice and beans

If you are always on the go, I would recommend. I am from a Caribbean background so we cook rice with red peas from scratch that's why I gave it a 3 but it helps to cut down on cooking time on those busy days.
