Very durable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My teenage son is 210 pounds. He uses these almost every day, they are very durable. I like these because they are light weight and small so they aren't in the way but they help you get in good work outs.

Nice change to my workout
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these about a month ago and really notice a difference in my muscle definition. It keeps my hands off the ground so I can go a little deeper on pushups. The handles have a nice, comfortable grip on them. I'm so glad I got these to step up my workouts.

Very helpful for my wrist !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have had a bad wrist for a few years now and when I started working out , I found push up to be very hard. However I was recommended use a weight for my push ups. And when I discovered these push up grips I was finally able to do push ups without much stress to my bad wrist.

Great bars
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these bars. I'm 5 months post partum and I've lost a lot of strength. This creates a problem for my form. These bars were the perfect place to start. They are definitely non-slip. I have tried them with multiple exercises on tile, carpet, rugs and mats - they do NOT move! The feet are made from plastic which I suspect could be a problem for longevity reasons. The bars are metal and have very well cushioned hand grips. They come with instructions for proper use/form and a few exercises that I found to be very helpful. I really like these bars, they have helped me correct form and provide me with a little more support than I would have on my own.
