100% exact what they say.. I love using these for individual meals . That way the kids can just grab one and throw it in the toaster over. These are great because they have the lid and just prepare then and freeze them in sections. Take out of the freezer the night before and they justrvthat in the refrigerator m e in fridge through the hasn't Perfect size for lasted mmmmmmm.?

Good for a cottage baker
This item is great but read the size better than I did. These are small individual servings. But smaller than I expected. I took one star off since it's a plastic lid not a foil lid. I'd consider these for brownie squares or cake presentation.
