I ordered this two different times. The first time the charger was not included, so I returned it. The second time a washer was missing and I had to buy one. Both times the packages had one end totally open! It was difficult to assemble and I never did get the handle tight. It does do a good job of cutting the grass and weeds. The battery lasted for almost all of the small yard.

It cuts through high weeds and grass very well. The open blade was kind of scary, but once I got the hang of it. I was ok. Didn't like cutting through small trees or bushes. Over all it is a nice weed eater and worth the price.

I just bought it a couple of weeks ago, putting it together was kind of a hassle for me, because the instructions were not clear, so I needed to guess a lot, the plastic blades are very weak and break easily, so I used the metal blades. However I like the light weight and having 2 batteries are very convenient. The price is pretty good compared to other similar trimmers. I hope it's engine be durable.So far I am kind of happy with it,

The plastic guard never stayed put. Had to remove it. Not much power to spin the saw blade. Batteries take 6 hrs. to charge and last about an hour. It is light weight and easy to swing around which is nice. The metal knifes cut blackberries fairly well.

It's what it cost, I couldn't finish a patch with both batteries died out charge it once still didn't finish it's a patch from front to back. You get what you paid for I guess.

Item is good for very light trimming. The two batteries were a plus. On a scale of 0 to 100 I rate it around 65 - 70. It just doesn't have the torque to do major trimming. With that being said, it is good for trimming weeds around flower beds and other light tasks and at the purchase price it was worth it. Give up any idea of edging your lawn or other heavy duty tasks. You must be patient when using it.

This product is made very cheaply; I've already used up two of the plastic blades; they chew up very quickly. I guess it's convenient for me. The so-called.edger is pathetic. And there's no instructions on how to really use it other than to slide it down through a slot. I see no use for that feature at all in the video doesn't even show you how to use it. It was probably only worth about 25 bucks and I paid 50 for it. Sad

I wouldn't know how the one I ordered works because I wasn't sent the wrong one. Not happy. The one I got I tried to return to Walmart and I was told I would have to return myself because code numbers don't match and Walmart would send back and I probably wouldn't get my money back because I got a totally different one than I ordered. So instead of all the hassle of returning because it doesn't match what's on my walmart.com order I decided to just keep this one. I have not tried it yet but hopefully once I get it together, it works fine.

this item is only good for light trimming. it's too weak to do anything that a normal trimmer could do. even if you use the saw blade to cut down something as thin as 1 inch. it will slowly stall out

Used it three times and the thing started smoking. Purpose of buying was to trim back wild blackberry vines and it wouldn't even do that.
