I have to give a credit for it being a nice ride with the tires , speed is 35 that's not actually true but has a decent speed the handlebars also do not fold down when folding the bike. As far as the instructions that come with the bike they're not for that particular bike if you're not a installer or someone who build things you're going to have problems or your going to have to pay someone to assemble it for you. The reason for saying that is that you will have to adjust the brakes and if you do not know what you are doing you're going to have problems. It handles through the snow with no problem need a stronger battery or should I say a battery with a longer life and you have two pedal assists to get the best results. If you had the proper manual That would be explained to you it took me awhile to find the power button to turn on the bike due to not having the correct manual. I read the reviews before I purchase the item in after purchasing the item I read the reviews again and seen that a lot of people were having problems minds came in a damaged box didn't anything seem wrong with the bike until I started riding it and the gears will not shift correctly due to the derailleur that was attached to the bike frame, come to find out that the frame where the derailleur attaches to the bike is bent due to manufactured defect or the damage on the box.

I Love the design and i absolutely Live the speed of the bike as well. i love that the battery is able to be taken out of the back of the bike.

Nice comfortable ride. Ride smooth with wide tire. Around couple hour charge ridding not stop. Only thing is front headlight is not very bright.

The users guide is the worst I have ever experienced. No video of installation. Photocopied black and white pictures that may or may not apply to the bike that was purchased, you figure it out. There were 3 choices. I viewed a video of another brand of e bike installation that helped me figure out how to put it together. No mention in the user guide that you must hold your finger down on the power button continuously for 5 seconds to turn on the bike. No support line to call. The e mail support address came back as “could not find address”. I finally took the bike to a local bike shop for help.

Bike only goes for around 20 miles, not 50 when pushing it full power, I understand hills and such, but I do things like Food and Shopping Delivery, and was promised 50 miles at minimum. Next is the service, the company seems to be giving me the runaround, they asked me to send them pictures and I did of it in its box. I just want to resend it back quickly, and get my money back. Lastly, after riding it and charging it for four hours to go back out to do more delivery, the battery turns off randomly, I have not removed the battery improperly, I also keep it in a good temperature, still problematic. Didnt last for 10 minutes, and after switching the battery on and off with the key, it worked and turned off against, which most likely means a connection from bike to battery issue. Id understand if this happened months down the road as it's an electric bike, but Ive only ridden the bike thrice, and two times it was literally down the street to places Im close to, so it's not excuseable.

Bike lasted 6 months now the battery will charge but bike will not connect to battery and run. Tried emailing and calling. Number is not is service, no response to email after 10 days. Tried messaging through Walmart and no response there either. Nice bike when it will move. Now it is an expensive pedal power bike.

If I could give negative stars I would and I probably should have adhered to the reviews, but after much research this SEEMED like the E-bike to buy. Opening the cartons seemed fine, but when we (daughter and I) began reading the instructions it was clear putting the bike together was not going to be easy. The instructions are vague at best, but mostly not comprehendible. Well it was not easy by any means. Once put together first thing obvious was the front tire rubbing on the frame of the bike. Then when we went to ride (I purchased 2 of these) not only were both bike's front tires rubbing, but their handle bars did not tighten thus allowing the handle bars to spin around. We did not ride because of these problems so I tried to fix handle bar problem by using tape inside of the goose neck to hopefully tighten handle bars in place. I then went to test my “fix”, which didn't work, and while riding the bike it blew the rear tire while in a grocery store parking lot! I am now attempting to return these but had to submit my request with no idea if they will help. I will amend my review upon findings from company. However, I would not recommend their products unless they stand by them and take care of these issues. The saga continues….

Horrible. When will I receive the new battery so that maybe this will solve the problem. The bike does not even work after spending 750.00. I hate it!

Had for one month. Then died. Contacted both Walmart and the company for assistance. Was told someone would contact me within 2 days. No one contacted me. Reached out a couple more times no response.

Seller is awful, bike CANNOT be returned to Walmart. I have issues with bike tire and they won't issue return label. Seller wants me to ship back at my cost. Buyer beware Walmart CANNOT do anything to help you with getting refund or helping getting item returned. Awful awful seller
