Product was easy to put together. It works really good and grandson. Love it

Little assembly required, but it was not hard to put together. It looks better in person than it does in the pictures and it runs amazing.

Great quality just right for my 8 and 6 year old

My grandson loves it. The only problem we have had is a bad weld on the exhaust not it blows smoke through the side of the exhaust. Scared my grandson this bike we have had for about 3 weeks. Trying to find a number to contact anyone is difficult.

We bought this for my 8 year old for his birthday, unfortunately we have limited funds so that was his only gift. My husband assembled it perfectly with easy instructions. My son was ecstatic when he saw his birthday gift. He rode it for almost a half hour and turned it off. Went to get a snack and went back to his dirt bike and it would not start, the pull start was not engaging. I contacted the company via email and I haven’t heard back from them at all. I’ve sent them a couple emails and still no response. I don’t know what to do. We don’t even want a new dirt bike we just want a new pull start so it can run. It was devastating for my child to loose his birthday gift almost immediately after getting it. His father and I saved up just to get this and it cost almost about 350$ because of shipping and taxes. I need them to respond to my messages and help us.

HELP WHERE DO THESE GO?! So I’m not sure yet exactly what to rate this but thank goodness I decided to attempt to assemble this before Christmas because that would have been a complete nightmare! I think i have everything figured out for the most part no thanks to the very vague instructions. Came to the comments to hopefully get an answer the only thing I came up with is they maybe clamp something in place but I have no clue

Having leaking issues with fuel under the bike with a the carb even with a replacement bike sent. It’s fun while it’s riding but after the fact for storage I’m having to constantly leave a bucket underneath it to collect the remaining draining fuel. This is the second one I’ve gotten, and still having leaking fuel issues after. Was advised to rebuild and check the carb but didn’t think I’d have to be working on repairs after a couple days of riding two bikes in a row.

I would not buy these motorcycles. I have had nothing but issues. My son’s bike had to be fixed and parts sent to us for my husband to put on. My daughter’s bike had to have a new carburetor. I emailed the company and they gave me the runaround. I asked for a refund and they never acknowledged it. It’s been to cold here in Michigan for them to ride the bikes. Until recently it’s been nice and go figure my son’s bike don’t want to start. DO NOT BUY THESE BIKES ULESS TOU WANT ISSUE FROM THE START. They say the bikes go through quality inspection before being shipped out but they clearly don’t.

Do not I repeat do not buy a bike from them I got this bike on April 23rd didn’t have it put together until 25th because it was my son gift for his birthday.soon as it got put together the chain wouldn’t stop popping ok .then the bike started leaking from cooperator contacted them they told me they would send me a new bike haven’t done so yet and it’s now 1 month and 2 days still yet they keep saying sorry for ur shopping experience.ok the refund policy said until may 23rd told me they will still issue a refund even after the date still no refund been asking for refund for weeks now still nothing if I was you don’t purchase I got my lawyer involved now because I kept all the emails they sent me been was supoose to get my refund cooperator was leaking the 2nd day riding it send videos and everything like they asked me to……..also the pipe on the back the bike also came off this all happened in 15 mins if that of riding this bike seriously..wish I could upload videos

Don’t waste your time. Bikes r not it. Still asking for a refund and I’m well within the 30 days. They don’t want to refund at all and bike came in damaged and defective o
