For my 5' 4" daughter, it was a bit too heavy for her. I decided to ride it and could see how it would have been that for her. For me, I enjoyed the heck out of it. It feels very sturdy, could easily handle off-road riding, and goes super fast. But, the e-bike was not for me as I don't like riding bikes or scooters after nearly getting hit on my 180cc scooter. Gave up on these things and drive my car instead. ;-) I would think this would make a good short range mountain bike, despite the weight. I didn't try to lift it into a car, too heavy for me, but I'm old and weak.

The good: it rides great, smooth fast ride. battery last while with pedal assist. Great little bike for running around, towed my kids with it using pedal assist and it was great. charges quickly. The bad: the seat is uncomfortable, had to be replaced. its loud when riding, hard to assemble alone, heavy and bulky. had to mess with the tires to get them to blow up properly. HAS TO HAVE THE KEY IN THE BATTERY TO RUN! That is one of my biggest complaints, as i feel like i might loose the key, i bought a large carabiner to attach it directly to the rear of the bike while riding. overall: 4/5 stars bc of the overall weight, the noise, and the key having to be in the bike to ride.

I love the looks of the bike. Definitely nice technology in general. I'm only giving this 4 stars due to the fact Im missing an important part needed to ride safely. I have found a nut to use temporarily but hopefully they might send me one with the washer too. it's only missing the nut that holds the front tire on ( no biggie) .

the bike is almost full assembled. only the seat handle bars front tire and basket need installed. upon installation completion, the back tire (which is already attached) was rubbing on the fender and frame. With a little work I fixed the issue. Then I noticed my headlight sits all the way under the basket which restricts your light path. The bike in the photo showed a metal "rack" if you will, that the basket mounts to and the light is mounted to that. what I received was a black wire mount. I have yet to hear back about the appropriate bracket.

does not travel 50 miles on a full charge like the manual says it does also very uncomfortable and hard to pedal without you pedal assist and the battery being charged has to be charged at about 30 miles needs to have a tachometer so you can tell how far you've traveled

The battery did not last more than 30 minutes, we were riding as a family. Her bike stopped started, stopped, started, and continue to do that. It takes a full charge, but realistically is not charged. There's something wrong with the battery., I would like a full refund because for $300 my daughter has not been able to ride the bike a full hour once since we got it

Tire tube came with hole in it. Could not power on. Replaced fuse with spare fuse. Worked for 10 min. ride. Next day, no power again. Had to order fuse from Amazon because no help was given from manufacturer. Not something they stock or could help with. Replaced fuse and powered on. Next day, tried riding again (battery fully charged). No power. Contact company to return. They offered me $10 to keep it and have it fixed which they said they would pay for. I told them this is unacceptable and I refuse to have to service a new bike. RETURNED

Wrong version received. Ordered with LCD display. Received a slower defect item. Battery heated extremely hot after installation. 5 min battery died. Requested seller to send me correct one I paid for. They try to tell me I bought the wrong one. I have all screenshots of purchase. I don't recommend seller unless you want to be out of money. They are ignoring their mistakes and won't fix.

Bike came I waited for almost two weeks for it to come and get put together only to be told the day it gets put together that the bike doesn't even have all the parts. No charger no pedals a bolt was broken off of it the wooden back plate was missing etc

The power indicator doesn't light up it was charged I checked the fuse it was fine I checked all the cables they were fine. I couldn't get the front fender on because they had the screw in so tight you could remove it the back fender was scraping against the back tire. If this is a best seller they've got a problem.
