I used it on an Asrock Challenger 6700xt in a DIYPC mATX06 case. This bracket is held on with adhesive on the foot, and while it does stick well enough to the floor of the case and comes with an extra set of adhesive pads, a screwed on method would be better for long term use. Make sure you test exactly how and where it's gonna clamp down before doing it for real with the adhesive. This bracket secures the gpu from both up and downward motion, so this was perfect for my purpose, since I need to deliver this pc by hand for christmas across the country. I suppose if you make sure to clean up really well of any metal shavings before installation, you could drill little holes yourself for proper mounting without shorting your motherboard.
