GPX Progressive Scan DVD Player, D200B

Need To Return . Called Support Team, Oct. 3rd @ 11:22 Sooke With Joy ( him) we did the Trouble Shooting. He Apologized n Said” Unit is BAD. PLEASE RETURN TO WALMART.. DISC DRAWER WILL NOT OPEN, ONLY CLICKS WONT OPEN BY REMOTE OR BUTTON ON UNIT..! REQUEST RETURN N REFUND.!

Turns on, but does not read or play DVDs, it's one job. Just says READ for a long time, and then ERR DISC, no matter what perfectly good DVD is used. Sadly, already threw away all the packaging, so can't return. I know it was cheap and you get what you pay for, but thought it would at least play DVDs for a while, but did not even work once.

This specific one from this company called Ilive doesn't even play DVDs. No matter what disc I put in, it keeps telling me “DISC ERR”. This false advertising is a huge waste of money.

nope, don't do it.We watched ONE movie fine, second movie NOPE, nada, nothing....then would not open to return the dvd!!!! So much for our old school movie night!!! no 🍿 no fun!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY DON'T BUY THIS. Every DVD I own it reads "ERR DISC". No troubleshooting works. I should have just bought something nicer the first time around.

why did you send me a cheaper plan and not let me know. I will not letting people know to deal with you you are not a person to deal with. if you can't trust somebody to do what they say they're going to do how can you buy from them again.

Player did not read any of my 35 DVDs . I even asked a friend for a disc to try. Still not working. Manufacturing issue most likely so I am disposing of the player instead of returning to Walmart. Why chance it being resold to someone in error.

I cancelled this right 5 minutes after I ordered from and it even showed up at my house after you Walmart acknowledge my cancellation. I sent it back to Fed. Ex and the item just came to my door again with Fed Ex. I caught him at the door and told him I had already returned it . This has been ridiculously going on long enough. I would appreciate it if you would PLEASE put my money back in my account!!! Every time I order something through Walmart even grocery pick up there is an issue!!!!

Item stopped working after only having it hooked up for a day and a half. This is the second one Ive gotten in this brand though the first didnt work straight out of the box which i was hoping was just a fluke and decided to purchase again from walmart and number 2 didnt last 2 days. Pay a little more an go for a different brand.

I was totally elated to have a new DVD player on it's way to me. Then, I received the product and learned it operated with thee old time wires (white, yellow and red) and my smart TV has evolved to HDMI ports. I'm going to have to return this item as it serves no purpose.
