great brand, but to many details on the paint. small holes and some scratches, one of the pieces was larger and i had to cut it in order to finish the job

Do not buy this item or any cribs from Walmart actually they come sealed like they're brand new but actually they're completely used and customer service won't do anything about it halfway through building our crib. We noticed that there were a few gashed, like literally pieces of wood missing on certain parts and what looked like teeth marks when the crib was already halfway made. I reached out to customer service. My husband was already super frustrated because of crib was halfway done ask customer service if there's any type of discount they can give us as they send a damaged crib. All they could do is offer us to completely take it apart box it up and take it to a Walmart or have them pick it up, but we would have to put it apart and put it back together in the box that's complete craziness. That's the last thing soon to be expected parents want to do is take down a crib that's already half built and then have to re-box it. Walmart claims these cribs are new, but they are not do not buy from Walmart when you're buying a crib.

I am very disappointed. I gave my business address, but they send it to my home. Address as soon as I got home and see it. The box was all broken.There's pieces are broken. this is a baby's crib horrible customer service. I even have pictures of so many pieces broken from the crib. And the box teared up so Disappointed and disgust it. They should return the full amount of money. Nobody's answering the phones and it's a surprise for my daughter. My first grandchild and the box came destroyed. I open it up and it's a mess. I'm so disappointed, so upset it brought me to tears.
