Graco Magnum 262800 X5 Stand Airless Paint Sprayer, Blue

I purchased the x5 about 3 weeks ago and used it to paint a small house exterior using the included 515 tip. I'm not a professional so there was a small learning curve but i found that the instructions and web videos were helpful. I was very pleased with how it performed spraying about 7 gallons. I used a 50' hose and spry tip extension instead of the supplied 25' hose. Initial setup and then cleanup was relatively easy. For my needs I'm very glad I purchased the x5.

Let me start with I'm not a professional painter or decorator but I am a 30 year veteran of the building trades I've built two of my houses and remodeled two others plus helping everyone in my huge family. After I recently bought the Grayco sprayer I quickly realized I need this 25 years ago when I built my first house it was so fast it shocked me into disbelief that I said that can't be it I waited for the paint to dry and I was so so so happy and proud of my work it was by far my best painting project EVER. I can't thank you enough. The YouTube videos GREAT… Made in USA 🇺🇸 GREAT JOB. I've told everyone that your product was top notch. I purchased this product a little over 2 months ago after investing in an older home that needed renovating. I am absolutely blown away at the quality and efficiency! I am kicking myself for not buying one years ago. I was always a roller man but not anymore. I could've saved myself dozens of hours and that many headaches if I purchased this sooner. Do yourself a favor and go get one.

Really good sprayer. You can't go wrong with greyco to be honest, I've never tried any other sprayer greyco has always been my number one choice. I've used it to spray pva primer on serene texture and trim on a new construction job it did very well. Just make sure wash it up good and store some pump armor in it. It'll be good to go next time you need it.

I have had the X5 about a week. I've put about 15 gallons of solid stain through it. I am nothing but impressed about the speed of setup, quality of application, and relatives of cleanup. My first 5 gallons I used the spray gun itself. The second 10, I used a 4-ft extension on the gun. Such a difference, not being too close to the mist out of the tip, and having so much extra reach or I did not need to get a ladder out. Absolutely wonderful machine, producing wonderful results.

I bought this sprayer to paint my house and it did a wonderful job. I liked how easy it was to clean up! Would recommend this product. If I had a complaint it would be to have the quick start/clean up card laminated so as you read it and are cleaning the sprayer it does not get ruined.

I purchased 4 days ago and used it 2 days later, Followed setup but nothing in there about thinning out the paint so that was my first issue, next I found that I have to prime the unit each time after running out and adding a fil, maybe I should not have topped it off before it emptied. Once I got it spraying it worked great. I also purchased a wand not realizing it did not come with a tip so I took the tip from my gun and tried to use it for the wand I found it to small to fit so I changed heads, wand should have tip included, What size for it?

I am a general contractor and I don't paint that much, i bought this sprayer to expedite the refreshing of my mother in -laws house, it took some getting used to but it performed perfectly. Figuring out the pressure for the paint and the spray patterns takes some trial and error. After the intro is completed the sprayer did all i expected. The cleaning of the unit is simple and fast..

My first use was outside with a small ladder to cover being able to paint the structure. The system works very well with no problems, clean up was actually harder than doing the painting, but I understand how important it is to make sure your system is clean for the next use. The second project (one week later) was also outside and the same results, very good coverage during painting operations. My only suggestion would be a swivel connection at the base of the spray gun.....I found I was fighting the hose / gun location bothersome during moving and painting.

Works very well. The only problem is with the spray nozzle. The part called single seal gasket just fell out of the nozzle. The rubber washer that attaches to it came off and can not find it. So far I can not find just the rubber piece. The whole single seal gasket has to be purchased as far as I can see.
