Excellent travel system! We are very happy with this Graco Modes Closer Travel System. The stroller is sturdy, smooth to push, and easy to fold. The car seat feels very safe and comfortable for our newborn, and installation was simple. Great quality for the price and perfect for daily use. Highly recommended for new parents!

We love this set! The stroller is so smooth and easy to transfer the car seat. Lots of storage underneath without being too much. And it's convertable When baby gets bigger!

Very easy to use. I keep the stroller part in my trunk and pop it up and put her carseat on and its just like a Doona(or however you spell it) just taller. Easy to fold back up. very convenient. only complains is sometimes the carseat is a struggle to get off the base and sometimes the buckle sticks to unbuckle her. but would buy again 100 percent

This thing is just amazing.. simple set up, comfy for the babies once adjusted to your lil ones comfort.. smooth and the leather grip handle is a nice touch!! My lil man has the best and most stylish stroller and car seat in town💪 def worth every penny

I purchased the Graco Modes Closer Travel System at a promotional price, but unfortunately the stroller arrived defective. The front wheel assembly was misaligned right out of the box, making the stroller unsafe to use. While issues can happen during shipping, the disappointing part was the customer service experience. I contacted Walmart support expecting a replacement or reasonable resolution, especially since this was a defective product. However, the only option repeatedly offered was a return and refund, even though the item was no longer available at the same price. I had already installed the car seat base in my vehicle, which made returning the entire set inconvenient, but no alternative solutions like replacement, comparable item, or price adjustment were offered. The chat support was eventually closed without resolution, which was frustrating. Overall, the product might be good when intact, but receiving a defective item and not being provided a fair replacement or alternative made this a disappointing experience. I would recommend checking the product carefully upon delivery and being aware that support options may be limited in such situations.

The product was clearly defective and still was delivered with no regards to customer service. Looks like Walmart has stopped valuing customer feedback and value. Absolutely appalling.
