Graco Shiloh Convertible Baby Crib and Changer, Driftwood

This is heavy. The first one arrived beat up and my local Walmart was quick to issue a credit. The second one was just fine. Instructions were fine for the assembly. Glad we got it. Did I mention it's heavy?

We haven't set it up yet. The baby is due in September. My great grandson. But it's exactly what she wanted. Love the color.

Bought as a Great Granddaughter's gift. Parents said it was easy to assemble and is exactly what they were looking for.

The package that I received came with a broken part, a duplicate part, and missing parts. I spent a lot of time putting it together before realizing that there were missing and broken pieces.

I love the crib, however upon taking it out of the box to assemble there was some damage on the crib.

Could not put it together because one of the parts was wrong. Could not fit screw in hole.

The product came with no instruction manual . The QR code on the box links to an instruction video of a different product , shameful …

I ordered online. The product came with minor damage - scratches, dings, cuff marks, not from shipping but it was internally damaged. I suspect it was defective before they packaged it. Prior to purchasing my crib, I read another person's review for this product with similar problems, but I went ahead and ordered it anyways. I was hoping for the best. Since I had the same issue, seems like a systemic problem and decided to return it. For the full price cost of this product there should be absolutely no scratch or ding to it. I'm also having trouble with FedEx not picking up the order for return in the scheduled return window. Still waiting for return pickup.

I was really disappointed with this purchase. When my baby crib arrived, it was already cracked and damaged right out of the box. This was extremely frustrating, especially since this is something meant to be safe and sturdy for a baby. The packaging did not seem secure enough, and it looks like the item was either poorly handled or shipped without proper protection. Because of the damage, I did not feel comfortable using it at all. I expected better quality and inspection from Walmart, especially for a product as important as a crib. Now I have to deal with the inconvenience of returning or replacing it, which wastes time and energy. I would not recommend this product unless the packaging and quality control improve. Let me know if you'd like me to make it shorter, more emotional, or more firm.

The crib is very beautiful and has a nice design, but I was disappointed to find several damaged parts upon delivery. Also, the white color is inconsistent between pieces, which takes away from the overall look. It's a shame, because the product had great potential
