[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my grand baby and it works amazing it's so quite that you don't even know it's on plus real sleek look which is a plus not an eye soar also the different modes it has are a plus just as well as the sturdiness and the capability to move it at will

I love this bassinet, the old version was broken of mine and no longer working but I had a protection plan. Usually they are supposed to replace it with the newer version of the product or something of the same value but they did not do that for me. So I got my money back rather than accepting a cheaper product than what I once purchased, and I bought this bassinet that they should have replaced the old one with. I paid 100$ extra after my refund to get this. My only complaint is do better and stop trying to rip people off after buying a protection plan.

The electronics on this went out with my first but we were phasing out and I didn’t make a claim. After having my next child, I asked for help with replacement of parts or about warranty and I was able to get a replacement (it had been a little over a year) so I was very pleased with graco for making it right!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this and have loved it! The look is appealing, baby loves it. The features are amazing and come in handy when needed. Going on month 4 of using it for naps, bedtime and even just to lay baby down to rock for me while I shower or get things done! 5 stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine looks nice. It was easy to assemble. It rocks well and has decent cry detection but our baby needs human touch to soothe so the rocking, music, and vibration didn't do much unfortunately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bassinet is extremely loud and clunky. Cry detection barely works. Once cry detection turns off, the motion discontinues even if the motion was on before.

Would not buy. Not worth it. If baby moves around it clunks loudly back and forth. The mattress pad is thin soft and would not feel confident it would be breathable if baby would roll over. Made of cheap materials. Legs are metal not real wood and look cheap in person. Heavy and clunky contraption. Also after doing more research on emf low or not and having my baby in something that is electric and plugged into a wall just didn't sit right with me. Save yourself the money and just put your baby in a normal bassinet.

What a disappointment product… I was very excited to use this bassinet to hopefully my baby goes sleep. But it makes sooooo much clicking noises. No matter what speed you choose it makes noise….. if I knew that then I didn't buy this bassinet. I'm currently using it as regular bassinet… very sad
