GRADUATION 2026 HEART CAKE

The cake was wonderful as a design and as to eat. The cake had a great texture and taste. The cake was prepared early and was ready by the pick up time.

We were skeptical at first to order from Walmart. But it came out way better than expected. Not to sweet cake was moist. I do wish they added more for the filling part. But other than that we give it an 8.5. Definitely recommend.

The bakery did an amazing job. The heart shape was actually perfect and my sister loved it. Super cute for pictures and it was tasty. Definitely recommend, can't beat the price and customer service.

They didn't put any of the writing I asked for or the diploma pictured on the cake. So I basically just got a yellow heart cake. Also the filling I paid extra for the was only on the center of the cake and it was very minimal. Disappointed to say the least. I think it was this location that didn't do a good job because I've ordered from other Walmart locations and they do excellent.

This cake looked beautiful and was very colorful. The price was good for the cake. However, ordered the whipped icing on the cake for my daughter's bday and it had no taste. It was lousy. I was very disappointed and actually threw half the cake in the garbage.

The cake itself was perfect. The person Who helped me however was The rudest employee i have everything met. She made it seem like me placing my order literally ruined her day. She was confused by the generic image listed on the Walmart website and insisted I placed the wrong order and that she could not get it done in time. Even though i placed the order almost a week ahead of time. I literally had to come in with screenshots to ensure an accurate order. Once there I had to correct her behavior/attitude towards me verbally atleast 3 times. Had my order not already been paid for i would of canceled it all.

The cake turned out great, thank heavens. BUT the stress of online ordering is crazy, the bakery does not answer the phone. I called for a week straight, all different times of the day, constantly. No answer. I ordered from several states away and had questions regarding the cake options that weren't clear online. Awful customer service.

This cake was not what was ordered. The wrong type of icing was used and we were not informed. We found out at the even so it was too late to be corrected. Typically we have had no issues when ordering custom cakes from Walmart. This was disappointing.

This cake was hideous! It was supposed to look elegant, it was for my daughter's graduation. When I got home and opened the box my mouth dropped. It looked like a kid frosted and decorated the cake. It was a huge disappointment and I was embarrassed to show anyone.

If I could leave a NO STAR review I would! I placed a custom cake order over a week in advance the bakery called me in the afternoon the day before to say their printer broke and couldn't make the cake how it was ordered. They didn't give a discount of any sort and when we received the cake it was a tragic mess! I will NEVER order another cake from WALMART! This almost ruined the entire party because bakery staff waited until the last minute to view an order instead of being prepared in advance! This was just lazy and irresponsible. If you dont like your job get a new one instead of ruining something someone prepared for in advance!
