Grand Peak Wooden Swing Set with Monkey Bars Saucer Swing and 8ft Slide

Ordered this product. Received one box stating 5 out of 5. Contacted fed ex and no other boxes were with that order. Contacted Walmart and they couldn't even tell me how many boxes were supposed to be with my order all they said was everything had been delivered on their end and all they could do was refund me BUT that can take up to 3 weeks. So not only am I out on a swing set for my kids for Christmas I'm also out $600 for another 3 weeks at Christmas time!!! Way to go Walmart 👏🏻

They only sent one of the five boxes needed, and wouldn't send the rest and said it was unavailable after them telling me they was sending a replacement, now they refunded me. This was a Black Friday deal so of course I won't get another one and it was for my kids Christmas. Awful bunch

I ordered this swing set as a Christmas present for my 3 year old daughter. I was already worried from when it was delivered and it was one small box. So I went back and read the reviews and figured I had nothing to worry about since WALMART IS A LEGIT STORE. Once we opened the box to start assembly, sadly there was only about 5 small planks of wood, and two windows. I asked my self, where in the world is the rest of it!???? LITERALLY NOTHING ELSE WAS IN THE BOX. No BIG PEICES OF WOOD, NO SWINGS, no slide. NOTHING. Would rate a negative 10 but it's doesn't allow. I will change review if it gets fixed.

O how i wish i could have ZERO STARS! DO NOT WASTE your TIME or MONEY! Its pretty obvious a swing set of this size isnt likely to come in one box with all the parts and pieces for said swing set. I have reached out to Walmart with the issue. They stated via email that I should wait a little bit and if it doesnt show up on said day, come back for a full refund and also promised it/guaranteed the refund. Well, said day came, no swing set. I reached out via email again and no reply besides asking to fill out a survey rating the help. I went on the app looking for some help. They informed me that they cant help me with anything because, on their end, it says its been "delivered". When indeed only one of the five boxes was delivered. The label even said 5 of 5, obviously indicating there is 4 more. The box that was delivered was box 5 of 5 and inside in contained wood pieces, im guessing for the roof and some of the side smaller wood pieces (around windows) and the white wood pieces for the windows. So "technically" its been "delivered"- according to Walmart. They will not issue a refund for the swing set and this is after being told i would be getting a refund and after being kicked out of the chat via "bot" and had to start the process over a few times. Beyond frustrating and really just disappointed for my kiddos. Walmart They said they will issue a replacement.. after I re package all the misc pieces, and try to return. Once they receive it, then they will process the replacement. i have a feeling we still wont get the replacement. once again i was promised, that if i dont receive it, i will be given a full refund with no hassle or questions.. yeah... right. When I reached out the first time, i was told issuing a replacement wasnt an option and refund was the only option. all we want is the swing set we ordered or a full refund so we can go ELSEWHERE and get a swing set that will actually arrive. Absolutely ridiculous how difficult it is to return an item. it should be easy to return something YOU paid for. YOU should also be able to get YOUR money back if said item wasnt delivered! especially when its on their end. it was sold and shipped by walmart and they told me to reach out to the manufacturer and gave me the number to walmart customer service... i dont think whoever was helping me knew what they were doing. very very long story short, save the heartbreak of the kiddos and disappointment and look elsewhere for a swing set.

Don't buy it. It's not sturdy. Comes off the ground with my 8 and 10 year old girls swinging on it. They are thin girls! It bows when they both sit on it. This is made for 5 year olds. I had a gorilla playset at my old house. The quality is much better and very sturdy.

So disgusted by Walmart, you guys ruined my daughter's Christmas. And take no responsibility for what you have done. Sent me the my package i opened it and 75% of the pieces were missing, and no instructions or screws or bolts just a box with panels of wood. Spoke to several agents and got no where with my regards. Then i order a trampoline as an alternative to have something on Christmas day for her to have and they tell me it will be delivered dec 22, 2023 then get an email that the package will be delayed.

only received the wood did not get any of the other items with it or Hardware or anything. one box 5 of 5 did not receive any of the others. do not blame Walmart blame the manufacturers very disappointed. waiting for a pickup to return. unfortunately was my great granddaughters Christmas present and now we have to wait

They didn't send all the product so I couldn't put up the playground for Christmas and when I called them to send the rest the started a refund apologized and told me to send the one box out of 5 I received.

This play structure arrived quickly with all parts included. I was hesitant to order due to the negative reviews but so glad I ordered it. My kids, ages 1-17, all love it! Super time consuming to put together but totally worth it.

So far so good. Came 1 day early and I recieved all of the correct boxes the first time. Cant wait to put together and see the kids play on it. Thank you walmart for a great playset format great price.
