I recently started baking with a sourdough starter. After making several excellent loafs of bread, I began to wonder if I could make it even better. I researched a lot of different brands before settling on this one. I began feeding my starter with this Einkorn flour, then made my first loaf, using a mix of this and 'regular' bread flour. What a difference! This Einkorn Flour gave my bread a depth of flavor and a wonderful texture that I love! I will be using this now, in all my bread, and I can't wait to try it in cookies, bars, etc.
