My issue is not how the chairs would look if they were not damaged. My issue is with the seller. Item arrived damaged (it was obvious the damage happened before being packed). I cannot receive a response from the seller about only returning the damaged chair for replacement. This leaves the only option being to return the entire order. Because of the lack of care in packing %26 no response from the seller, we will not order these chairs from them again. We found the same chairs by multiple sellers elsewhere (Amazon, Home Depot, ect) where issues like this would be easier to resolve or hopefully would not even happen.
