We use a professional service but it got really cold and we have a poorly built back sun room that was put in in the sixties ( we bought home in the nineties) so mice get in especially when it gets super cold this spray actually got t completely rid of them where the servuce failed !! Love it and essy to spray safe smells fantastic!! Love snd highly recommend

We had a major mice issue %26 this did help but trapping %26 killing them was also necessary ! Tried to catch %26 release but …. !?!

I requested a new sprayer because the original one didn't spray but instead I received a new bottle. I have sprayed the areas needed and I've only heard a mouse sound once since then. I do appreciate the prompt response to my message to ELab about the sprayer.

Did not work !!!! Cost wayyy too much not to do the job. I "do not" recommend this product.

It didn't really work for us. Disappointing! We had to resort to traps, (d-Con Instant Kill), cleaning like crazy, and and putting everything in plastic boxes, which has worked... so far.

I never received the product, however I reached out to Customer Service, and the rep was able to assist me filing a refund.

Shipped in a plastic bag therefore arrived with a leak and severely dented at pouring spout. Very expensive for what little it did. Smells nice.

Does not do what it says it will do. Don't waste your money. I gave it one star because it does smell good
