It is a beautiful griddle. I love the color blue. It makes a good grilled cheese sandwich. It browned beautifully. Be aware that you need to use a lower temperature because with this brand of cookware. I tried cooking an egg but it spread out too much and pooled in one corner of the griddle making me wonder if it could be warped even though it looks flat and even. I still use shortening when cooking because I like the flavor from oils and butter so I can't comment on what oil-less cooking would be like. Don't know what else to cook on it so It may be my "grilled cheese sandwich griddle".

Two features i really like are how lightweight and easy to move around it is and the handle stays cool to the touch so no need for potholders. You can use butter or oil or nothing. I decided to try it with nothing and it turned out good. The pancakes seemed to cook quicker then other skillets. Sausage links browned up really well. Heat distribution seemed even. No problem with anything sticking and clean up was very easy. If I could find any fault it would be the size. Its 10.5 inches but it seems smaller so not much can fit at one time. All in all I really like this griddle and would recommend to anyone as it seems easier to cook on and flip food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love making complete breakfasts in this pan. There is enough surface space to fry several eggs and brown corn tortillas at the same time. The surface truly is non stick but also doesn't burn your food. It really does live up to the claims the company makes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pan! The size is perfect for eggs, pancakes, quesadillas, and anything else you can think you'd need a griddle pan for. The non-stick is true to its word as I didn't need any butter or spray to make my eggs slide right off of the pan. Melted cheese was even no match for how slick this pan is. The heat distributes evenly and the cool touch handle really is cool touch, even if the pan is scorching hot. Absolutely no complaints about this product, just go get yourself one.

Nice size and weight. It is nonstick and I can usually clean it off with a paper towel. I like to toast the inside of hamburger and hotdog buns before I use the and this is perfect for that since I can do to and botttom at the same time. Its will be great for grilled sandwiches also. Very happy with my purchase.

While I've only had them for a few weeks now, I couldn't be happier with them (I bought two square griddle pans, one 10" skillet and a teeny-tiny one-egg pan). I've only used them for breakfast thus far and eggs %26 sausage patties have been a breeze...nothing stuck and slid onto the individual plates with a problem. As far as the "teeny-tiny one-egg pan": It worked okay for "sunnyside up" but it was a pain to try to flip the egg for "well done or over-easy". As a conversation piece, it was worth the $10 :)

It’s not blue as it shows in the photo. It’s more of a black that is slightly blue. I’m sure it’s a decent pan but I was exited about the blue

Doesn’t clean up as easily as advertised! I should have bought a better quality pan! It’s not the worst but it’s not the best either!
