works well have big family
awesome and easy to clean
I had purchased a 7.5 qt stock pot Granite-Ware brand many, many years ago when it was manufactured in the USA. It performed 100% to my satisfaction until a fire recently destroyed it. Because of my 100% satisfaction with the previous Granite-Ware 7.5 qt stock pot, I ordered a replacement. Comparing the old versus new pot, the lid and pot rolled edges are a 'bit more' rougher than the old pot. I would prefer smoother rolled edges like my old pot. I do recommend this pot: it cleans-up well and heats-up well.
This smaller pot is a staple for my business. I dye spinning fiber and it gets used a lot. It's lightweight and the enamel is necessary for the dyes. Easy to clean and lasts years before the mordant eats through the enamel and puts a hole in it. It's quite the soldier!
The pot is the perfect size to make iced tea or soups and stews. Keeps things warm for hours.
I needed something taller but not too tall to make big meals in my camper and this is perfect.
Exactly as I expected
It's a great product I had one several years ago and it is getting old so I got a new one I hope you guys keep it in stock
The cooking pot is non-sticky, which is an essential feature. The granite-colored coating is also different from than usual cooking pot. There is one drawback that I want to mention: it is not that thick. For cooking it is better to have something which has higher thickness.
It works. The material is kind of thinner than I expected compared to previous versions I once had. There are sharp edges here and there,...one on the handle that actually cut deep into my finger when I picked it up. My recommendation would be to come up with the extra funds and get a real one. This one isn't very good at all. So much for saving money!
