when I originally ordered the pan it was warped so I contacted the company and within a few days they replaced it I was so impressed it's a great pan my great size for my family

I didn't expect it to be that big.Perfect for large families.No more frying two batches of chicken.I bought it specifically to fry chicken.The chicken turned out perfect.Ive never seen chicken that beautifully brown before.I have used a cast iron skillet for frying chicken for fifty years,and it was ok,but I never saw one as big as this skillet.If you want to stay in the kitchen longer,keep using what you have,or buy this big skillet,and fry loads of chicken all at one time.ENJOY. perfect

love this fry pan! i first checked for chemical output for saftey and this pan is safe. ive been using everyday, it cooks the food so well. pancakes, eggs plus cook to perfection. if you are in the market for a nice big stick free fry pan this would be it!

This pan is not straight. It wobbles all over. The lod is nice but the oan is really thin and just flimsy. I would not buy this again.

The bottom bent somehow after the first use and now it won’t sit flat on my stove, it also stained very easily and does not distribute heat evenly. Total failure for me.

They packed the pan so the lit scratched the inside with the metal handle.

Need to return Packaged bad , handle on lid scratched the bottom coating off

This pan was what I was looking for but it is poorly packaged and the lack of good packaging has caused the pan cover to damage the skillet. The cover is inverted which would be okay if they had used more padding between the cover handle and the skillet. My pan is damaged down to the metal. I could brush the coating off with my finger to expose it. It's not good if the non stick coating is this severely damaged and it certainly isn't acceptable for any non stick coating to be damaged and this one came heavily damaged to the point I wouldn't dare to use it. It was a good price and looks like a nice skillet but I'll never know and wouldn't dare order any more pans or skillets from this company.

This pan does not sit flat on a glass electric cooktop. Only a small center of it touches the burner areas and it rocks back and forth because it is not level. If you have a glass cooktop make a different choice in a pan.
