Granitestone Diamond Non-Stick 8'' Inch Frying Pan

Bought this as a gift for someone based on my experience with my own model from the same brand. Have heard nothing but praise for the quality of this nonstick pan from the recipient. My own pan remains my go-to. Just wish I could find a suitable lid for the 14" version!

The pan arrived looking as expected - no lid which is fine, having several glass lids from old pans I had tossed because they lost their "non-stick", sometimes even pealing / scraping off. Pan is well made and sturdy, especial where the handle attaches. I was attracted by the "granite" non-stick that was neatly applied to the aluminum pan, has a rough, pebbled finish which I liked, giving me confidence nothing will stick. So far cooked an omelet with ingredients in the pan, under a l;id, on my glass top stove, at low temperature. The heat spread through the pan evenly, no burn, and the cooked omelet lifted out easily and intact, with not a stick anywhere. Very pleased.

Perfect size for serving 2 people. Cooks eggs perfectly. Delivered promptly.

So far, it’s a perfect nonstick pan. Here’s hoping I’ll still be a happy chef a few years from now.

This is an amazing little pan. It doesnt weigh much but it cooks well %26 is a breeze to clean!

Perfect for smaller jobs. Non stick and the handle doesn't get too hot. Love mine!!

The pan looks good and I'm sure will work out great. The shipping dept. needs to talk to whoever packed this as it was the sloppiest job I've ever received. I'm very lucky it didn't fall out.

everything sticks to the pan and food burns.

The metal handle is a real problem.
