[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my house, pans tend to take a beating. They usually do not hold up well. This emerald pan though has officially survived my 16 year old son! He loves to cook, but doesn't always understand the concept of oil before the eggs. This pan, so far, has not suffered from the burnt on layer of crusty eggs. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone!
