Not a 5 to 1 ratio as advertised. More a 3 to 1 and subdued flavor. However, compared to other 3 to 1 syrups, it's comparable, just didn't meet my expectations.

Tried this for the price difference. son has used Torani syrups to make icees. he says that snappy product does not begin to compare to the flavor. we wont buy again!

Soapy
When I opened this and tasted it, it had a soapy taste to it. It was nasty tasting. I will not buy this again.

Saccharin!!!
Wish I would have paid more attention to the label before buying 5 gallons of this stuff... it contains Saccharin which is bad for you and leaves a horrible after taste.

NASTY STUFF
Has that diet sweetener taste and some other nasty taste... anyway the kids did not like the taste and would not finish one snow cone ... Bought strawberry and banana flavors...
