Great Lakes Quick Dissolve Collagen Peptides Daily Wellness Joint Powder, Classic Caramel (8 oz)

I have been using Great lakes products for a while now. I took a hiatus for a couple of years and I thought I would try this flavor in this type of collagen. I mix it into my coffee in the morning with a tiny bit of heavy cream and it is pretty good. I don't notice an odor and I don't taste anything different.

I usually use the regular unflavored collagen, however since I've begun working out more I was concerned about past knee issues. Since this has MSM I thought it would be a great addition. So far no joint pain & no issue with flexibility! I add it to my protein drink and I also still use the unflavored collagen as well!

I usually order non flavored or vanilla collagen, but on my last order I decided to try the caramel flavor joint collagen. Oh My! It is delicious!* I love how easy the GW collagen products are to use. I usually add to my smoothie drinks and found no gritty mouth feel, no unusual taste- I also add to my delicious gluten sugar free banana pancake recipe! I decided to add the caramel flavor to my golden milk (its a product I get from another company, no sugar, all plant based). The golden milk is delicious on it's own but when I added Great Lakes Wellness caramel collagen, it was a decadent dessert! I went back and re-read all the ingredients because I was convinced it had brown sugar in it! Of course there was no sugar in either products. I drink this every day with my golden milk, usually late in the afternoon for a boost of energy. I feel like I am indulging in a coffee house drink without all the sugars, oils and harmful ingredients that would increase inflammation in my body!! I highly recommend any of Great Wellness products. I HIGHLY recommend the caramel flavored collagen. I am sure there are many different recipes available for the caramel flavor, but for now the mix of my golden milk and caramel flavor collagen is all I need!! *I have lupus and severe fibromyalgia. I take medication prescribed by my doctors, and have included collagen powders for YEARS in my health care routine, as well. I can't say that any one collagen has improved my inflammation and/or symptoms, but I know it doesn't hurt either. My pain is ALL over my body, and maybe if you have a more pinpointed area of pain, you will be able to feel a difference- for me it is harder to tell, I just know it is doing something good for me. I have tried a ton of different collagen brands and I keep coming back to Great Wellness, since 2020!

Due to recent ankle surgeries, I wanted to try one for additional benefit for my ankle. The product is still easily dissolvable, but the taste is out of this world delicious! It's my new favorite way to enjoy my coffee in the morning.

Love what Great Lake Wellness does for my skin (glowing!), hair (strong) and nails (strong and long if I let them grow). Just try it. If you don't like it, Great Lakes is awesome about making it right, even if it includes refunding your hard-earned cash!

Not sure about any results, as I've only been using for about a week. Unless I experience great results in the next week or two, product too pricey to continue with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixes into my coffee effortlessly. But I just don't like this flavor like I thought I would. So I added plain collagen to the mix and it is a little better. But chocolate and vanilla seem to be best flavors.
