Great Low Carb Pumpernickel Bread, 0 Net Carb 16 oz

Of course it doesn't have the 'richness' that a real loaf of pumpernickel would have, but it's a great loaf to make sandwiches from. I'll probably reorder, as well as try their other breads. Where it falls short, is when you toast it. It's like a brick after that.

I was surprised how good it's, I toasted before I eat it, I put butter, if I make a tuna sandwich still toasted, I keep it in the freezer all the time till I am ready to use it. 1 Net Carb per slice!!! The best bread for my low carb diet!!

My husband eats a sandwich once a day and the bread doesn't raise his blood sugar.

I didn't get a lot of Pumpernickel taste. It is a very dry bread but better if it is toasted with butter or cream cheese. If you want LOW to no carbs, this is the bread for you!!! You can have your bread and NO GUILT while eating it. I just ordered white bread version to try it.

Can I give less than 1 ⭐️? Looks like pumpernickel. Dies nor feel, taste, toast, cut, or chew like bread. Very solid and tasteless. Tried grilled cheese. Didn't work. Very expensive experiment. Four times as much as Healthy Life Keto Bread, which is great! Wish I could get a refund. Threw away after trying to feed it to birds and squirrels. They DECLINED! That should tell you something important.

Bland taste, taste like paper.
