This cheese was amazing. We both loved it!! Great choice for Charcuterie board. Or late night snack. Yummy 🧀 😋
Delicious! Great taste, very unique.
I was very interested to try this cheese because I really like mango flavored stuff and spicy foods. This Cheese tastes great. I plan to use it in the future on charcuterie boards for my friends. This would also be a good flavor in a white cheddar or Gouda.
This mango fire cheese lives up to it names. It's definitely got some spice to it. The mango is relatively mild. Initially Sonia the heat. But there is definitely a kick after the fact. It would be a nice addition to a charcuterie board, especially if you know your guests like spice. Or maybe over a burger I believe would be delicious.
Mango and habanero??? Somehow, IT WORKS! The mango flavor cools the spice of the pepper down just enough to make it edible while the spice of the pepper jazzes up the citrus of the mango to make it cheeseable. Add in the smooth creaminess and you have an amazing cheese that I'll definitely buy again!
I enjoyed the pleasant taste combination in this cheese. The flavor builds - First you're hit with the sweetness of the mango, then the heat of the pepper, followed by the creaminess of the cheese. You're then left with a pleasant slow burn in your mouth. The texture was a little soft for my liking, but that is to be expected with most processed cheeses. Overall, the combination of flavors and textures was like a fruit and cheese board all in one product!
I've never tried a unique cheese before- however, I am a cheese lover. This definitely has a primary note of mango but it pairs perfectly with the spice from the habanero. It's just a slight heat, perfect for pairing with wheat thins or beef jerky for a quick snack (kids love it too!!), even a dip would be yummy.
This is a soft cheese with a light mango flavor that has a kick, I tasted the habanero and cheese flavor right away and the light mango came later. Once in a while I like to put together charcuterie boards and have little wine, cheese and cracker dates with my mom and will be adding this one to our next board. I would buy again and I think she will enjoy it as well.
The fruitiness of the mango is what I tasted first but it's quickly overwhelmed by the fire of the habaneros. This cheese is not for lightweights. Between the combo of peppers and fruit, you don't really get any of the cheddar flavor at all. Very spicy but exotic.
If I could give this a zero, I would. I have never thrown cheese in the trash until this cheese. A whole brick in the trash. It's so bad. The flavor is disgusting. It even smells bad. Don't waste your money.
