So far, so good.
Bought this for the concession stand we run at our local pool later this summer, but tested it this week at an elementary school fundraiser. Fast and efficient. If it holds up to daily use at the pool, it will be a great purchase.

I would buy this again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great machine to have a fine snowflakes ice at home. The ice just like you have it at store. I am happy to fine this merchandise without shipping from China. However, the machine got dented on the top but it does not affect with the function.

Fast, easy, fun dessert maker.
Absolutely love this ice shaver! Its extremely fast! And it is easy to adjust the thickness to mimic the type of desserts we had in Hawaii. I would give 5 stars if the door was more sturdy. No problem so far but we have to be very gentle with the door. It does, however, provide for a safer product, as the door must be closed to operate. Overall, we are really enjoying this product at home. Hoping to share it with our friends when this pandemic is over. By the way, NOT for children to use...very very sharp blade and spikes.

broken lid right out of the box
Item arrives with no visable damage to the box. The plastic lid was broken and I was told they have no spare parts and to send the entire machine back, not all that practicle. I will try and epoxy the lid back together.

Got it from shipping and it has a cracked top to it shipping is bad Walmart employee just dropped it in the shopping cart so now I need to get the part
