Great Value 1% Low-fat Chocolate Milk, Half Gallon, 64 fl oz

Product itself is great. Reminds me the chocolate milk we use to have growing up. My biggest complaint is how long or how SHORT the use by date is. The last 2 bottles I ordered I had less than a week (5 days) to use it. There have been times where it has gone bad and I have had to dump out the bottle.

I’m a 60 year old woman. A couple of months ago I was looking at some graham crackers that I didn’t have anything to do with, so I ordered some chocolate milk to eat with them. That is now my afternoon stack. I am addicted. I really like this milk. It has just enough chocolate.

there is a thickener in the milk that settles my stomach. Regular milk doesn't have that. I often buy the 1/2 gal. which kèps it fresh and I addvice cream like my grandfather did when he was my age. 3:00 sharp is ice-cream time. heblived to be 100. i'm only 83

I am usually very satisfied with all of my purchases from Walmart, but this one fell short of the mark in the quality. First, it didn’t really have the taste of chocolate milk as I remembered from childhood. Second, I noticed something that wasn’t clear to me before purchasing. That is, this is a product that is bioengineered, or has bioengineered products. As such, I would never buy this product again, nor will I ever recommend others to purchase it. To me, the idea of bioengineering parts or all of chocolate milk is insane. Why do we need to bioengineer chocolate milk when cows 🐄 produce natural milk, and we have naturally made chocolate? These two naturally occurring products should be the only two ingredients necessary for the production of chocolate milk. Seems like a real no-brainer to me.

Whoever the shopper was clearly did not look at the expiration date The milk goes bad a day after you picked it. This is these second time I have received an item on which rhe expiration date is either past or a day away. last time I received cheese that went bad over a month ago.

i stopped buying the store brand about 6 months ago and buy Alta Dena now. Yes, the store brand costs less, but I was constantly throwing it out due to it expiring way before expiration dates. i tried the chocolate on a whim and it was in chunks a week before expiration. Walmart has actually been costing me money lately.

If you like chocolate milk that doesn't have a chocolate flavor and is basically brown colored watery milk, then this is for you. My mistake was not shutting off substitutions for the order. If the chocolate flavor were stronger, then this might not have been an issue… maybe. It was flavorless, just yuck. I'll stick with the whole milk version when we buy chocolate milk for a treat… and only accept Borden as a substitute.

I was looking for a product without corn syrup. The photo of the ingredients list showed "sugar, water). Received product with 2nd ingredient corn syrup. Went back to product page and discovered the photo does not match the ingredients list buried further down the page.

I had this milk delivered and, as I live alone, I took a drink from the carton and received a mouthful of half-solid spoiled milk. I checked the expiration date and, lo and behold, it was expired 8 DAYS prior. I can still taste in my mouth. I feel like my mouth is getting cancer. 🤮

ALMOST EVERY SINGLE TIME I PURCHASE MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE CHOCOLATE MILK IT IS SOUR! I LOVE IT SO I CONTINUE TO ORDER IT OVER %26 OVER BUT ITS RIDICULOUS ALREADY AT THIS POINT. I AM A WALMART MEMBER %26 HAVE BEEN FOR MONTHS. ME %26 MY WIFE SPEND ALOT OF MONEY AT WALMART %26 ESPECIALLY ONLINE AS WE DO NOT HAVE A VEHICLE TO GO THERE OURSELVES.
