Kinda super expensive for any brand orange juice or amount available. Most of the time I order orange juice from Walmart though, it's like someone robbed specifically, orange juice. I try to order this and others all at the same time for delivery and the vast majority of the time, I get nothing... It's annoying, considering how many times I've attempted to get orange juice on deliveries.
Pay attention to the ounces. Even though it looks like a gallon jug in the pictures (and I'm pretty sure it used to be) it is now a small version of a gallon jug which I didn't even know existed. I guess it's still an ok value as far as OJ prices are these days but I was surprised when I got it. I approved this substitute at a quick glance since the "not from concentrate" options were unavailable so thats my fault.
The MAIN ISSUE I have with this Orange Juice is the CAP is on SOOO FREAKING TIGHT, I have to use my CHANNEL LOCKS TO GET IT OPEN EVERY WEEK!!! WALMART needs to DO SOMETHING about this, BECAUSE I KNOW I AM NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER THAT HAS AN ISSUE OF THIS TYPE WITH THIS ORANGE JUICE!!! HELLO WALMART... MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS REVIEW AND FIX THE ISSUE ASAP!!!
Date says fresh, and seems to be sealed ok, but tastes like it's rancid. Also tastes like chemicals. Until recently, this was all I would buy. This gallon-looking jug is deceiving and I was misled because of the photo. It's a tiny jug shaped like a gallon of milk type jug, which is the size it always had been. I was a little bit mad because that was intentional to deceive.
This was nasty, I wanted some good orange juice, and I got orange sour water with pulp. I was not impressed, I mean it actually gagged me. It tasted like the orange fiber you get , I mean it was almost tasteless except sour , if you can understand what I mean . It tasted like water colored orange with like the stuff from sour gummies in it. Was not pleased.
I poured a glass and it was pretty yucky,I actually looked in the fridge and thought maybe it was past the due date, but it was good for another week. This OJ is usually delicious,I think it was an anomaly,it seemed like it was somehow unrefrigerated for a time, and it went bad.
Did a curb side pickup and am so disappointed to see how small this OJ is. It gives the deception that it is a gallon in the picture when it is less. Yes, I know it is on the description, but when someone has purchased this item in multiple occasions, one does not find it an automatic thing to check the quantity. This particular product was always a standard gallon for the price shown. Very disheartening to see how the quality going down and the prices going up. How are people going to survive if this keeps happening?
Absurd price for 89 ounces of Orange Juice in the state of Florida. This is a rip off. It's watered down. The orange taste is off. It's absurdly over priced. We live in Florida where oranges are cultivated. We should not be overcharged for oranges or juice. This product is a scam.
didnt taste yet. only looked at pic. looked like a gallon jug. got home its a miniture size. to me a half gallon is tall skinny. yes it says oz but i looked at photo not knowing it's changed. now i read reviews after too late. i guess i also looked at price and thought also the price would be for a gallon....if i would have known. ugh now i have to go to store to buy a gallon. (was wanting 2 gallon for Thanksgiving. ) glad i still have time.
I used to buy this frequently, but haven't in the last year. I'm cutting back on caffenated drinks and decided to order this again. I wish i had checked the reviews first. i was shocked to see that despite the price going up, the size shrank too. It is no longer the full gallon they used to sell for a lower price. Yes, the ounces are listed, but we all know what a gallon jug looks like and we make a decision based off of that. Very deceptive Walmart.
