Better than Name Brands

Bargainfool April 22, 2023

I did not try Great Value Orange Juice for years, bc I feared that the taste would be a reflection of the price. I have purchased Tropicana and Nature's Made for years, but frequently found the taste would be inconsistent. Great Value brand orange juice can be depended on to always be sweet and not sour. It isn't watery or filled with pulp...gag. I like that it is in a jug with a handle, since I have arthritis and it's difficult for me to hold a bottle that is large around. I wish I tried it sooner, bc I missed out!

Too Expensive!

Alan July 19, 2024

This is average orange juice at a far above fair price. $8.00 for a gallon of orange juice. Seriously? You should be ashamed.

Not good anymore

gloria September 4, 2023

Used to love this OJ. Bought for years. But the last two times, we’ve had to pour it out after 1-2 glasses because it tastes so bad. Tastes bitter and expired, even though expiration date isn’t for another month. Quality definitely went down, and price went up.

Will not buy again till the price is back to $4

expectingmommie June 20, 2024

Use to be right at $4 a gallon, now its $8. Definitely not worth it! It can expire on the shelf for that price.

Goes bad quickly.

Jeff January 27, 2023

I have been drinking this great value 128fl oz of orange juice for a about a year now. I always refrigerate it and never let it sit out, and never drink anything paste its expiration date. Everything was fine until a few months ago when just after a few days of getting it from the store with an expiration date a few weeks into the future it begins to taste sharp with a vinegary taste, telling me it's gone bad. That has happened with the last two gallons. I can only say that they likely left these gallons to warm for a long period of time in the store or in transit, or they mismarked the expiration date. In any case, its money down the toilet. I will stop buying juices from Walmart as I cannot trust them with their quality control.

Grossly Expired

Brittany February 20, 2024

Recieved this in grocery pick up and gave to my kids for a few days and quickly realized after my son had been sick that this was 5 weeks expired when I picked it up. Unacceptable. Had I not decided to take a drink myself, I would not have known for a few more days as I start checking items after they have been in the fridge for a week. This was expired well beyond the date when we recieved it.

Bitter tasting orange juice

Kenneth August 15, 2023

Everytime I order this Orange Juice, it tastes bitter and not sweet like OJ is suppose to, it always taste like it's spoiled. I have almost a whole gallon that I just received and the same thing once again, I'll just end throwing it out, which I hate to do, but it taste BAD! With my upcoming order, I decided to order another brand, Tropicana, hopefully it's better than GV brand.

The WORST ORANGE JUICE EVER!!! I DONT KNOW WHY WE KEEP BUYING THIS CHEAP KNOCK OFF JUICE. IT ALWAYS TASTE EXPIRED MONTHS BEFORE THE EXPIRATION DATE. IT TASTE SOUR AND SMELLS AND THE EXPIRATION DATE IS LAST WEEK IN FEBRUARY. AND ITS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR WEEKS. HOW WALMART? YOU CAN DO BETTER. DONT BUY THIS OJ-YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY!!

Bitter taste/Expired

greatvalueojisbadddddddd October 19, 2024

I bought 2 juices and they tasted bitter like the next day after purchase. I threw away like almost all the gallon because it just tasted HORRIBLE!!!. I saw that other people experienced the same thing and just wow...how can they sell something like this??? Im never going to buy from them again. 0/5. Please read reviews BEFORE purchasing.
