Great Value 4% Milkfat Minimum Small Curd Cottage Cheese, 16 oz

Will not eat name brands again after eating GV 4% small curd cottage cheese. Have traveled to different stores if my neighborhood store is out of stock. Tastes so good it's so good for your healthy. Yummy w/pineapple , mandarines , fresh berries , plain or splash of salsa!

I've tried many different brands of cottage cheese, both store and name brand, and they never compare to Walmarts Great Value product. Tastes great and is useful in recipes like lasagna and spanakopita, a side with diced tomato, olives and avocado , on a piece of toast or just on it's own.

I really like this Great Value Cottage Cheese. It is so creamy and cold. When I get hungry and it isn't time for a meal, I grab a small dish and a spoon and then the cottage cheese. When I finish with my serving, I am ready to get back to doing my work.

I'm so glad I decided to try this! To me, it's the perfect cottage cheese. The curds are firm and have a mild flavor. It's creamy and flavorful with the right amount of salt. This is one of the few cottage cheeses I've found that isn't loaded with liquid.

This cottage cheese was very good and was a nice consistency-not too stiff, not too runny. I have it with tomatoes and a small amount of Italian dressing. It's also great with peaches or pears. It's really good added to leftover spaghetti or mostaccioli before warming. I gave it a four out of five because it was a replacement for the out of stock, low-fat or light cottage cheese by the same company which I prefer. It's a painless way to add protein and calcium to any meal.

Great tasting cottage cheese… The only negative is that it is too high in sodium. The 2% has less and tastes almost as good and rich in flavor. I've made the switch. This are great stirred into eggs, topped on a baked potato, or has a dip. Much healthier!

as is the sad case these days, didn't last long quality wise, should have been ok for at least 10 days in a Very cold refrigerator..the storage at the store while waiting for a delivery is not adequate for most frozen and refrigerated products . love the service but ,wow you all need to adress this issue, would help your losses on returns etc.Hmmm common sense from Big Bucks loss leader king...

When we opened the container instead of finding it nearly full of cottage cheese , it contained about 30% whey. Last week the sour cream was nearly solid! Walmart quality has certainly diminished greatly! And you would like me to buy a membership? Huh! It will never happen. Bill Jernigan

I have received this brand of cottage cheese several times as a substitute for what I actually wanted and I personally would not order it as a preferred item. Texture is off and it is very watery, not just once but many times as compared to the name brand. Will refuse substitution next time as I did try it several times and it just does not measure up as a quality cottage cheese.

It was way too salty. It tasted so bad that I checked the expiration date to make sure it was still good. I bought three tubs of this. I ate about three spoonfuls of it and threw all of them into the trash. I will never buy these again and I sure won't recommend them to anyone.
