This Cottage Cheese is in my opinion the best cottage cheese that I have eaten. And I have tried a lot of them and this is the best.I eat a lot of cottage cheese. I will eat 5 of the24 oz size in 7 to 9 days. It has the best taste the best consistency and the mixture is what I like the best.

This cottage cheese was used to despice Kimchi which is good for the stomach, but not when your acid reflux is killing you. lol But, when you are trying to eat healthy and still get the benefits of Kimchi, instead of using white rice, try using this cottage cheese as I do. It is delicious and tones down the spices so I can eat Kimchi and eat this without giving myself acid reflux or aggravating an onset of it already, and I recover from it. It's a win-win. Kimchi is so good for everyone and quite tasty this way.

This is so creamy! I purchased it to make a breakfast casserole, but ended up using the extra in place of ricotta cheese for a crockpot lasagna. I know people mark about other brands, but I thought this was wonderful, and not flooded with liquids. It's also good in scrambled eggs!

I do not now nor have I ever liked the taste of cottage cheese. Lately, though, I've discovered recipes that promise delicious desserts using healthier cottage cheese as a base. The first one I tried is for chocolate mousse, and I was pleasantly surprised that it turned out quite well. So I plan on trying others. I like the idea of getting a substantial boost of protein from the cottage cheese as well as other nutrients, for treats that you make yourself without the additives and unpronounceable components that make up so many grocery products nowadays. GV cottage cheese is a good start, so I recommend it and hope it works for others as we all try to keep our diets as healthy as possible, especially into our senior years.

I've tried lots of different kinds of cottage cheese in my life. I'm 44 years old and I can say cottage cheese is cottage cheese, but it truly isn't lot of the expensive brands. Push this stuff for a higher price but what I found with this product is that you don't have a whole lot of water layering andthe consistency every time you buy is just about the same a nice thick texture it's delicious and it goes with everything I can't tell you how much I appreciate this value brand now and does it save me money, but it keeps me satisfied

It's OK peered a little on the tangy side and not as creamy as some. I'm partial to the blander creamier type or just the Friends with a lot of creaminess to them. My mother always liked the sour dry Breakstone And she used to laugh that I liked mine tasting more like milk so if you like yours to be tangy you'll probably like this as its middle of the road tangy and is adequately creamy just not on the high end of that.

Usually this item is pretty good. Have purchased before. This time it was dry and rubbery texture discovered on leak in bottom of container. I'm pretty sure that was the problem. Delivery is sometimes rough on eggs and bread and apparently cottage cheese containers…..

As an over the road trucker, I keep cottage cheese in my fridge at all times. I realize there can be variation in the cottage cheese depending on the grade of milk amd where it's produced. But cottage cheese should always have a creamy texture. I've gotten too many container that were mostly liquid lately and the curds were dry and hard. Somebody needs to be doing some better quality control or find new suppliers. It's always a mystery as to what I'm going to find when I open my cottage cheese container any more. Please do better.

i buy this brand all the time this time it was horrendous. the container look like it was full of Milky water and there was no kind of consistency to be able to use it besides maybe putting it in some kind of sauce The Taste was not horrible but not something I could put on my plates because it was mostly water in the container

SOOO TIRED OF BEING JIPPED !! Bought 24oz of cottage cheese . When I opened it, the protective seal was still attached mind you, the carton was missing at least 6-8 oz of product!!! With the cost of groceries these days, the very least we should expect to receive exactly what we're paying for. Every time I buy groceries I have a complaint/claim to file. Im so fed up!!
