Great Value 4% Milkfat Minimum Small Curd Cottage Cheese, 48 oz

We really like the Great Value 4% Milkfat Small Curd Cottage Cheese. Sometimes I put a little on my dogs food if they are being picky. They love Great Value but will not eat another store brand. I find that a little funny. But I like the flavor of the GV Cottage Cheese better than the other store brand as well. Also great price for the 48 oz. packaging.

As always, this cottage cheese was fresh and flavorful. Having changed my diet to focus more on protein, per doctor's orders, I find we lean into the cottage cheese for all sorts of things. (This is one healthy choice we have made in my battle with diabetes - and my husband's pre-diabetes. I add it to smoothies or home-made pudding/ice cream cups, or served on top of sliced tomatoes. My husband eats (sneaks) spoonfuls as a snack. It is a healthy treat for our dogs. I use it as a cheese substitute reducing fate and calorie content for a meal. I usually keep one, if not two in the refrigerator. And occasionally upsize to the larger container - we use it up that fast.

First, let me say that I was either going to give this one star… Assuming that the powers that you might look at it and wanna know why or five stars because I buy this every week several of them and think I can speak to the quality pretty well… It's the best cottage cheese flavor, salt factory everything considered next to Knuts first, let me say that I was either going to give this one star… Assuming that the powers that you might look at it and wanna know why or five stars because I buy this every week several of them and think I can speak to the quality pretty well… It's the best cottage cheese flavor, salt factor etc.( all out winner in this category is definitely still Knudsens small curd cottage cheese) But here's the problem… They cannot make their mind up, whethe but here's the problem… There is zero difference between the small curd and the large curd with the great value… I have had cashew sized and bigger curds in the small curve cur is zero difference between the small curd and the large curd with the great value… I have had cashew sized and bigger curds in the small curd and also have had to drain up to 2 cups of liquid out just to get the cottage cheese… That has actually improved a bit, so the consistency is a little bit more even but still sometimes too loose sometimes to dry… But there's been no change in the consistency of the small and large card they are just simply identical… Other than that the price is awesome and far and way beats the other stores within it realm.

The best value for luscious high protein, snacking available! — especially for those of us who have issues with sensitive teeth or no teeth!!! I like to add a bit of no sugar G Hughes Polynesian dressing on top of this it makes a delightful flavorful snack add a little bit of crushed pineapple and it makes wonderful flavor escape to an island getaway!!!

I love to have cottage cheese on hand in the fridge because it is so versatile, from a quick meal, to being a healthier base for dips and using it in baked dishes instead of ricotta. The fact that I can get a family sized container of it at this price point makes it budget friendly, and it is SO fresh and creamy that we go through it before it can get close to the use by date. Can't recommend highly enough.

The price for this is absolutely right on point as it's just as good (if not better) as the name brand. The quality and taste is very similar to the brand name and it's worth trying if you're looking to saving money! I would recommend buying this if you enjoy eating cottage cheese!!!

This is the best cottage cheese on the market. I've had all different brands of cottage cheese and this is the only one that reminds me of what real cottage cheese tasted like in my childhood in the 1950's. It's too bad I have to travel great distance to buy it

It's great with fruit like pineapple, or adding some spices like salt, garlic and chives… but this is a 4% milk fat cottage cheese - good for meals during the Holidays - but there's more carbohydrates than protein in this wonderful stuff, so the kids will have a ball with the fruit cottage cheese varieties - and older people like me can watch the kids eat it, remembering our time when were made of sterner stuff. Yum!

I have bought this large size cottage cheese before and really appreciate the value. It is very creamy and taste good! Today when I received my order, I was disappointed in the expiration date. The expiration date was only 10 days from today! normally it is at least a month to a month and a half. I will never be able to use that much in so little time. Not happy today. 😞😞🫩🫩

I'm sorry I really can't put a good review on this. I love cottage cheese I only was able to get 2 small servings of it, the second it was going bad, day before yesterday July 2nd I had to throw away you might as well say the whole container in the trash. The date of using was July 17th , made me sick to have money wasted like that. Since it was delivered I have no way that I know of to get my refund, which would be kind of you will do this for my account. Thank you
