Great Value A19 LED 10W Soft White Motion Sensor E26 Medium Base Light Bulb

My outside motion sensor lights have been acting up. The power is fine but the motion sensor doesn't work with reliability. I don't know what's wrong with the unit. Rather than call an electrician, I figured buying something would be better. But it gets very little sun in that spot so solar isn't a good option and we wanted something that will last. This bulb is perfect! It didn't need any fancy light bulb sizes or anything, we just got the one that fit the existing unit. The bulb having motion sensor capabilities circumvents the problem. When I got the bulb I was curious why it was so small. But the LED was extremely efficient in that it's bright but consumes less power than our other bulb. It's lightweight and seems a bit more durable than the regular light bulb design. The sensor is more "accurate" than our other one which had me walking in the dark before it would sense me. We decided to install this in our garage and get a second on for outdoors because it's such and affordable alternative. Hanging it created a wider range to sense movement and the light was sufficient for the entire area. It also doesn't seem to trip in the daytime,a nice energy saver. It's a wonderful design.

This is a softer (yellow hue) light that works at 10 watts (60 watt equivalent) and will last up to 13 years. It is not dimmable. It is a standard size bulb, so keep that in mind if replacing a smaller bulb -- it is an A19 light bulb. This is going into an outdoor light that is seldom used, so it will last a very long time.

This lightbulb is awesome. It looks like a regular LED bulb. However it has a built in sensor. I put it in our office Turned on the wall switch and it was on. Left the room and returned a little later and it was off. Walked back in and it turned back on. Great addition to our office.

I am super pleased with the Great Value LED motion sensor light bulb. Light Bulbs have come a long way! This light bulb looks great, saves energy and money, and is a motion sensor! Couldn't ask for more. I have mine in my walk in closet. The sensor picks up motion and turns on before I am in the closet. Great sensor! It produces a nice crisp soft white light. The light stays on for 2 minutes after I step away from the sensor. I recommend it!

You can’t beat the value on this LED motion sensor bulb. I love that it is shatter resistant and can supposedly last 13 years. Time will tell on that. I have it in a bedroom that doesn’t have a light switch so it’s nice to have the light come on when I walk in the room. That being said the bulb is very sensitive and goes on and off with the slightest movement. This can be a great thing except for when you need it to stay on for a period of time. I got the soft white which was s a nice warm white color.

I live these motion sensor light bulbs as I usually walk around the house in the dark with my cell phone flashlight and now I don't need to as the sensor will activate and it is really handy. It turns on when it senses movement and will turn off automatically after a few minutes when there is no movement.

I've seen infrared motion sensing, I think these are new tech, maybe sonar. I changed out my front porch light bulb to one of these. Works fine. There are no adjustments that I can make, it just is what it is. If motion is sensed, the light comes on, if motion stops, a few seconds later the light goes out. When I first switch the light on it comes on, but goes out after 3 seconds. I wish it would stay on for a minute. Overall I give it a thumbs up.

This motion sensor light bulb is pretty darn sensitive. Which I think is, overall, a very good thing. I have it on my back porch. It is very dark back there. I usually come into the house from that direction and its nice to have it light up as I approach the porch. It is supposed to have a 15 ft range of sensitivity. I think it might be more touchy than that. I have a duck pen about 21 ft away and they sometimes set it off. It's a standard base so it will fit a regular light fixture and the light stays on for approximately 2 minutes if no movement. It's a LED so it uses much less energy. I highly recommend. Especially in a dark area that does not have an easily accessible switch.

Would have given 5 stars if there was a way to keep it on constantly, like toggling slight switch twice. The title sums it up. Great for porch or patio motion light. Great deterrent. Screws into standard light socket. Motion is sensitive, which is great, and stays on for ample amount of time. Low energy consumption. And it's affordable.

I like the brightness when it comes on when you enter a room but the light is sensitive and seems to go on and off a lot and doesn't meet my expectations with my table lamp. So I may move it to my porch to see if it does better there.
