Great Value Almond Crunchy Honey Oats Cereal, 18 oz

I do not think kids are going to like this. This isn't the cereal of "I had a bag of candy for lunch" crowd. This has nutrients and vitamins in it, you know, healthy things. It is balanced well honestly with a nice sweet glaze, but as often is the case that glaze starts to wash away in the bowl once your choice of milk (or alternatives-us lactose intolerants know) is in there with it. The almond slices keep it crunchy right up to the last bite which is nice, it's taste neutral to me, I'm thinking strawberries or blueberries tossed in there, banana, maybe a little line of honey to sweeten it up a little more, but I have always had a sweet tooth, many others may think this is just fine as-is

Really good! This tastes a whole lot like Honey Bunches of Oats w/ Almonds. I think the almonds are a bit more broken up in this breakfast cereal and might be a little bit more rare, but I'm not even sure of that. The honey taste is PROFOUNDLY DELICIOUS and will keep you coming back for another bowl! I like that you can get a cereal with great crunch, quality nutrients, and affordable pricing like this one!

Really good cereal that is a great value for the money especially when compared to the name brands. I think the Great Value brand cereal is just as good if not better than the more expensive name brands.

We eat this product when we want a bowl of cereal, and also add it to yogurt for crunch. Great price compared to name brand versions and tastes just as good.

I have been buying this cereal for the last year, and it is now my favorite cereal. It has oats, other grains, almonds, and granola clusters and is flavored with honey and cinnamon. It is lightly sweetened however so the taste is not overpowering. which is one reason I like this particular cereal. It is pretty crunchy but like all flake type cereals it does get soggy after a while. However, it could use more almond slices and granola clusters, there is very little of both in the box. Another thing that I am not happy with is the boxes have only 13 servings, they did have a box that was a little bigger 16 servings but now you can't find that in the store, and it was more expensive to buy the bigger box and not worth the money. It doesn't last long even with one or two people so if you like this cereal you may want to stock up on a few boxes.

I was generally pleased with this product as sugary dry cereals go. Stone-like particles that settle to the bottom of the box pose a real threat of damage to teeth are my only concern. I have been discarding the last 20% or so of the box because of that.

Usually excellent cereal BUT the packers at East Liverpool wouldn’t want someone sending them groceries as seen. Rate is left for online orders/packing department. At least that is what driver stated, “Packing dept did this when went to pick up to delivery order.” Please be more careful with orders. When you ship damaged goods… Honestly you all need to just credit people. It is your fault. Do on to others as you would want them yo do yo you

Cereal taste okay but you can definitely tell it's a knock off and not nearly as pleasurable as the name brand. I like everything to have substance and be full of flavors so I'm looking for the almond flavor with bits of almonds and different kinds of flakes if you don't quite get that here.

Product does not resemble the picture on the box. It is almost all corn flakes, and they get soggy very fast. Does not deserve to be called "Crunchy". Now I know why it is priced so low. Unfortunately, even with the lower price point over the name brand cereals, it is not worth the money.

Overall it's not bad. Just watch out for the almonds if you have an allergy to almonds. I only had a spoonful and then passed the box of cereal on to my dad.
