I've bought these a few times now. I was in store one day and they happened to be on sale. I love bbq chips but can't be trusted with them in the house. These hit the spot and I've repurchased a few times now. I just have to exhibit some self control if I'm going to bring them home.
I tried these as a lower cost alternative to name brand chips, which have become ridiculously overpriced. For a buck and a half these are pretty awesome. Great taste and freshness. I've bought these twice now and will continue to buy them. Thanks Walmart for offering a better value on a top quality product. I'm very happy that I found these.
these potato chips are much better than Lay's or any other brand. they are light yet crispy and with so much flavor! as long as they keep making them like this I'll never buy another brand. My sister was really surprised when I turned her on to them.
I use to only buy the Lays chips whether plain or barbecue until prices started going up. Never tried Walmart’s great value chips. So one day I did get the Walmart Value chips and they taste just as good if not better than the Lays. And the price is like 80% cheaper.
Have to sau tried them all these have the best BBQ flavor hands down. Only thing dont like is how long iy took me to try them. Smoke flavor fantastic and what sets these apart
The Walmart great value brand of the barbecue chips is a great substitute for the named brand barbecue chips and plus great value brand is more affordable
Always super goid . They only last two survings around my housev.. Walmart needs to make a super jumbo bag of the BbQ. like for super family size BbQ.
My husband actually likes this store brand better than the expensive name brands, partially because the chips seem to have better flavor and good texture. Good chips.
While the BBQ flavor is appealing to me, the texture of the chips can be oddly tough. Some of the chips end up being VERY hard to chew... especially over time, (after the initial opening of the bag was a few days ago.) I'm careful to always close up the bag with a clip each time I get chips out, but they still seem to get a bit hard starting a few days after the bag was first opened.
You can't beat the price for Great Value chips, and most of the time they taste great. They are a bit inconsistent with the amount of flavoring and the last two bags of BBQ chips were way too coated.
