Great Value Beef Pot Roast with Vegetables, 28 oz (Frozen)

The Great Value Pot Roast frozen meal was delicious! I prepared it in a French door countertop oven as it brings out the flavors much better than microwaving. The oven method resulted in a perfect meal. I have not seen this pot roast dinner at Walmart for quite some time, so I hope it has not been discontinued. I would purchase it many more times if still available!

This was actually very good, though it was more like a beef stew than a pot roast. But the flavor was amazing and even the amount of potatoes, carrots, and meat was great, a good mixture.

Nice balance between meatband vegetables....serves me two full meals myself with a good helping size. Taste is good. Its a quality product at an affordable price. Beung on a fixed income every penny counts and this family sized dinner delivers. Try it. You won't be sorry 👍 Peace ✌️🕊️

Very much like the “Yankee pot roast “ my dad used to make when we'd go camping! Brings back fond memories.

My husband and I were shocked at how good it was. We will definitely get more for the days that we need some quick meals! :)

It was a little mushy with a canned beef stew taste (think Dinty Moore beef stew). Not horrible, but not great. Not what I expected.

Not a good value for your money. It was mostly vegetables with thin shavings of beef on top to make it look like the lumpy vegetables underneath were chunks of beef. Very disappointing, I do not recommended it.

Disgusting.. the carrots, potatoes and I think it's green pepper. We're not able to eat. The green stuff was so hard you couldn't chew it. It was like plastic. The potatoes were mushy looked black and the carrots were like they weren't even real no flavor at all and hard there was very little meat. Nothing like the picture on the cover. There was probably a half a cup of meat in this whole thing the gravy was good. I would never ever feed this to a dog.

This is a scam. Very little meat. The little beef that was there was stringy. I'm not even sure it's beef. The vegetables were soggy. If my car wasn't in the shop, I'd have taken it back.

The taste was ok. Not overly salty like many prepared meals. The carrots were chewy. Like they maybe were freeze dried? I don't know. There was almost no meat, I got 3 little pieces and gave one to my husband because he didn't get any. Where's the beef? The few pieces were tasty. A few pieces of potato and celery. Mostly just chewy carrots. Won't buy this ever again.
