MY SON WANTED RAVIOLI AND THESE HAD GREAT REVIEWS. BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES AND SERVE. I ADDED ALFREDO, CHICKEN AND CAJUN SEASONING. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!
A whole bag last a month for my husband and I. Easy to make. Can make a few or the whole bag. Just bring them to a boil and when they surface they are done. I like to pan fry them a little to lightly brown them with butter. You can put any kind of sauce on top. I like spaghetti sauce , ketchup, or just butter.
These are our family favorite. GV BEEF Ravioli only! The only thing I hate about them is that the Hernando, MS Store only carries them during holidays. Christmas, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving. WHY? Why not carry them every day???? We would buy more if you did.
These are decent ravioli and they make an excellent quick meal. Throw them in the Instant Pot with one cup of water. Pressure cook on high, two minutes. Allow to naturally release pressure for ten minutes. Drain and stir in your favorite sauce. Totally delicious and much easier than boiling on the stove top.
Use your own sauce or jar sauce and cook less than 5 mins on stove, pour over and make a salad and there it is . A complete meal and perfect lunch for everyone. The cheese pasta are wonderful too! I pick this up all the time grand kids ask for It. Easy peasy:)
My family love all pasta dishes, ravioli's are one of the favorites. We buy the Great Value beef also the cheese flavor. The ravioli are generously filled and worth the price. The ravioli taste delicious with Red or Alfredo sauce. Sometime I add meatballs and mushrooms for variety.
I thought they tasted a little bland. The beef is great for protein but if you are going to make these be ready to add your own seasoning and use your favorite pasta sauce. Knowing that now, the next time I make these I know just what I need to make them taste the way I want.
We buy the cheese ravioli often, so I bought these for my husband who requested the beef ones. He said he did not like them and that they tasted cheap. My teen sons also did not like them. I gave them stars for easy preparation, as they are simple to throw into a pot of water and boil. I served these in homemade cheese sauce (that I normally make for regular pasta). Overall, I don't plan to buy these again but maybe with serving with marinara sauce they would have been better.
What are yall doing? Why change a good thing? These used to be so delicious. It had actual meat inside, and now it's just mush inside. I had to check that they weren't the cheese one's by mistake but no, they were the right ones. The inside is like dog food. The flavor is even different. Why are companies so greedy? It's makes me so angry. Now I'll have to find a new "easy dinner" replacement
While the taste isn't bad, these ravioli's are barely even filled at all. The stuffing layer is thiner than a piece of paper and can't hardly be considered stuffed or filled at all. Stick with other brands that actually give you a proper amount of filling!
