I've bought these many times. I put them on a plate, add chunks of Cabot extra sharp cheddar, GV sliced jalapenos, and drizzle GV mild picante on each. 34 seconds in my microwave (you might need to adjust for your microwave), and voila! Tasty nacho snacks. Great for between meals fill-me-ups, or night time too-late-to-eat-a-meal snacks, they're super-cheap and a very fun finger food. On movie nights I've served to friends on GV paper plates: still cheap and minimal cleanup!
These are good tasting chips and I love the bite size. I wish they made a low salt or less salt added variety in this shape and size tortilla chip but these are good. I just can't eat as many due to the normal amount of salt on them. They are not too salty for normal people, don't misunderstand me.
Get ready for a flavor explosion with these delicious tortilla chips! They bring that irresistible restaurant taste right to your home, boasting the perfect sprinkle of salt that'll keep you reaching for more. With their delightful crunch and unbeatable value, these chips outshine those name brands any day—authenticity at its finest! You won't be able to resist diving into this tasty treat!
Not the best but these are cheap. There were a lot of stuck together chips but few broken ones because of the shape and size. They all had decent texture and taste with the right amount of salt. Round chips are less likely to stab me in the gums as I bite therm.
These are my go to chips. I love to eat these with melted cheese, guacamole and carnitas. These are gluten free and have only a few ingredients in them. Which I appreciate. In my opinion, when delivered, they should be in a Walmart bag, all by themselves. Otherwise many of them arrive broken.
They were just a little tasteless. I know the tortilla chips are meant to mostly carry the taste of whatever you're doing them in, but I like to eat them without any dip. They should have a little flavor of their own. The crunch is a bit too much as well. They should be light and crunchy. They're kind of dense and hard.
Well, first a third of them are broken. Little pieces at the bottom, that should be just how the staff treats it. The second is I made a mistake of not getting out of the car and doing. I've gotten every bag I ordered 12. They only give me 8 and to get a refund. You have to go through so many hooks. Calls and receipt numbers. Because I can't give you a refund at the store and that's why we shop at Amazon.
should have "maybe" as an answer about recommending. these are a good product but the quality is "hit or miss". one recent pkg was SO salty (very fine salt on chips) that i had to discard them. the second pkg was the opposite, no salt. the second pkg had chips that were HARD (chips were too thick so made the very hard). the quality needs work or review of walmart. i have always loved this product but recently has problems.
I'm sure these chips would be fine if they had not been crumbled to pieces when I received them... Ordered them for pick up and it was clear that someone had crumpled up the bag and broke up all of the chips... Bag was clearly battered and wrinkled... The crumbs, however, tasted OK.... I got the feeling that either the person who packed my order deliberately smashed up my chips, or that he/she selected one of the bags that they knew a person shopping in-store would never have selected.... You guys ought to be able to do better than this.
We usually buy these. They're pretty good and their bite-sized size is perfect for dipping in cheese dip, guacamole and other dips and they're also good for making some quick and easy nachos. They are a bit salty but not too much and the mild saltiness goes great with cheese dips and other dips. They taste good overall. The reason I'm giving them one star only is because this time the bag came less than half full. It was like only 1/4 full on the bottom. Walmart, stop being so stingy with your items just to try to save a few bucks. This is not what we're paying our monthly membership for. Do better Walmart. This is unacceptable.
