Couldn’t be happier! This is our first water dispenser purchase. The instructions were clear %26 we had no issues setting up. We’ve had it for 2 months with no issues

Not what I expected.
The water is suppose to be temperature controlled you can have both hot or cold water but , this unit didn’t provide that it’s all the same temperature coming out.

Not worth the $
I got this because of the good reviews but realized they were only good because those ppl got this dispenser for free. This is way too expensive for the cheapness feel and look of it. Nothing like my name brand dispenser was. Its very loud and theres no cold settings so it definitely doesn't get as cold as my name brand one did. It works ok, just definitely not worth the price. I dont recommend this at all.

Water dispenser flooded kitchen
Looks good. Does not work good. I followed directions and set up in kitchen. Left kitchen for approximately 20 minutes and came back to water covering kitchen floor and had leaked through to basement. I am still cleaning up this mess while husband returns unit. I bought this unit to replace Avalon brand that had worked for 2 years.

Trash product and customer service.
DO NOT BUY, got the item it never worked tried to return after two weeks and they refused. Was lied to by multiple agents on the phone that return would be handled. Will never shop at Walmart again.

Did not produce cold water
Product did not work, cold never got cold and was actually warmer than room temp water. Had to return for a refund.

Plastic taste to water no matter how much rinsing/cleaning we do. Very cheapy.
