I buy these biscuits all the time. the price is way better than name brand and they're just as good. sometimes the biscuits get packed in the can wrong and you get a funny shaped biscuit but i dont mind. i break them up to put in my pot pie soup, so it doesnt make any difference to me.
I cook these all the time because they are so affordable and taste great! I have a family of 7 so we buy multiple cans at a time LOL. They are great quality and always come out fluffy and they are really fun to peel apart too ha ha! We use them for biscuits and gravy, put jelly and honey on them, and make breakfast sandwiches with them as well.
These are one of those easy wins. Pop them in the oven and they come out fluffy, buttery, and actually taste really good. Nice layers, not dense, and they do not dry out. Perfect for quick dinners, breakfast, or when you just need something to go with a meal without putting in a lot of effort. They disappear fast every time I make them, which says enough. I keep grabbing these because they are easy and always turn out good.
These rock. Compared to the name brands, this is honestly a no-brainer. The taste is very close, soft, flaky, and buttery, and they bake up just like you want them to. The difference? The price. You're paying less for something that's basically just as good, so it's hard to justify spending more. If you're looking for a solid biscuit that delivers without the extra cost, this is an easy win. Great value… and yes, I meant that pun.
I bought these to make donuts for the family. I just took a bottle cap and created a hole, then air fried at 380 for 8-10 minutes, then dipped in melted butter %26 a sugar cinnamon mix. They were delightful (and less expensive than store bought donuts).
I actually prefer these Great Value Butter Flavor Flaky Jumbo Biscuits to other canned dough brand names. They are super versatile, I use them for casseroles, pot pies, on their own as a snack. They are great for breakfast, lunch or dinner because you can put anything on them and put them on almost anything.
The biscuits are taste good and buttery. for the last 4 cans of biscuits all were sticking together so i had to finally cut them myself. i didn't like that at all because u can't find the biscuits line to separate them.
The package was hard to open, the paper tore incorrectly and you had to cut the package. Then noticed there were flakes from the can all inside! The whole batch had glittery silver flakes throughout and I had to throw them away. Next time I will buy the brand name biscuits. Saving a few bucks isn't worth my health.
DO NOT BUY!!! Unfortunately this is the second time in a month we've had a can bust on us. This time had to be long before our pick up order because the two biscuits that were busted out of the can were dried out and pieces of the can/cardboard were smashed into the biscuit. Had to throw those out. Also why do they not actually have the butter flavor in them anymore. Some kind of conspiracy with that too, I buy the same can, different biscuits CONSTANTLY!!!! Pictures attached!!!!! DO NOT BUY!
this tube popped open while putting it in the fridge. I requested a refund and I'm required to take it in and return it. I'm elderly and handicapped I cannot go in the store. That's why I have my groceries delivered. very dissatisfied.
