I love these eggs. When the 60 pack is available, that's what I buy. It saves money, buying in bulk, and I have never ever had an egg that was broken when I opened the box. I have heard others have found broken eggs, but believe me that has to either be their fault, or very far and few between. I have bought these for years, and never ever had a problem at all! These are very much worth the money!
Even though it's only myself and my husband at home now I like to buy the 5 dozen box of eggs for the value and also so that I don't have to order them so often. We eat eggs every day and one dozen only lasts us 2 days. These eggs are more likely to come with NO eggs broken because they are packaged so well.
I have bought these eggs 5 or 6 times since egg prices soared. They compare with what I normally buy which is Grade A larger eggs. They are no better than any other eggs of this grade but they are priced a little cheaper. On one occasion I have had one small problem. The box had a ding in it and there were four broken eggs. When I wrote a complaint I got no response.
Buying eggs in bulk is a great deal $! The downside with these eggs is that there is almost always at least 1 broken egg in the bunch(you can't check them like a regular carton because of packaging) The other thing is for the last 6 months or so, the shells have been very thin, making it difficult to crack without some landing in your dish. But you can't beat the price!
Bought this several times now, starting during national egg famine. Best value, for sure. Size of eggs is the only issue I have, claimed to be large eggs, sometimes yes, sometimes no, but still a good deal. Early batches sometimes contained slightly damaged / cracked eggs, but still a good value, only 1 or 2 eggs had to be discarded.
$40 in eggs😔 I was spending $11-$16 all of last year then now, boom $40… If this continues we're planning to own chickens or take our hard working money to our local farms. This is sad
great value eggs are excellent in quality but as with evertything there are changes as with eggs gone is the rich flavor yolks use to have Out of all out there Geat Value is the better of them all thank you for keeping up quality and for trying to keep up with the sudden SUPPLY AND DEMAND awhile back
I love shopping with Walmart every time, but I've noticed the Eggs price has been increasing quite significantly over time. Not long ago, it was $9 or $11, and now it's $22—a rise of over 100 percent, which feels excessive. Given this steep increase, the quality of the eggs doesn't seem to justify the new price.
I don't understand how CONSISTENTLY there are 2-3, even 4 sometimes, broken eggs in the very middle of the case! I can see maybe a broken one or two on the outer row, but in the middle?? The eggs also range from a medium/large to large, they are never the same size, and the yolks are getting paler and paler, rarely do I find an egg with a rich yolk color. But since I live in apt and can't raise my own chickens, I have to 'Make Do' with what Walmart has to offer.
The eggs came damaged. The delivery itself was unsatisfactory. He ignored me after I came out looking for him. He then came back to deliver the rest of the order. We let him know that he delivered the wrong items. He said that it wasn't his fault and it was the walmart workers. Just to call us later and tell us that we needed to return the items he left us. He was very rude until he needed our help.
